the way i see it is like this. if a car with decent mileage is worth say 20k, and the high kms is selling for say 10k, you need to think whether or not you will get the same or better car mechanically after spending the difference on repairs and maintenance. if you get a car that will be mint after spending the difference, then you are winning, because there is no guarantee that you wont have to spend money on the 20k car, but if you end up having to spend more than the difference to get to that level, or maybe never reach that level no matter how much money you spend on it, then its obviously something to walk away from. Also another way to look at it is this. if you want a e60, but cant afford to buy one that is "normally" priced, then you could buy one that is cheaper and higher kms, then spend the difference slowly bit by bit, so its almost like buying a car on laybuy. in the end you get the car you want, spending the same total money that you would have spent on a lower kms one. i dont know anything about e60s and possible things that go wrong so cant help you, but this kind of thought applies with any car or purchase imo. hope it goes well for you! (buy an e39! much nicer cars than e60s IMO, you know what you're getting and what needs to be done, lots of spare parts available too)

^ yep it is. and car looks great! such a great buy

Regardless of the issues with the car, sounds like crazy mistreatment that shouldn't exist in this field of work. Service. I think your car looks nice, not sur what all the fuss is about.. Stick with Ray at HellBM. Otherwise you also have bmworkshop one in grey Lynn? And one in botany downs area.

There's nothing in trademe. Period. On the forum Brent is selling one for 4k and another member for 7k something. Both silver 328i msport coupes.

What's your budget?
-
a friend of mine has a set of these on her e93 and found 3 cracks in the rim, i think dealer quoted like 2k or close to it for ONE wheel!! damn good price, wonder if it will fit e46 with these offsets?
-
not sure about your question but good luck finding a e46 wagon! pretty damn hard to find those too
-
hey! why is your rego sticker up so high??? lol
-
^ agreed. i say keep the rear bumper as is, otherwise you will have to chop up a motorsport one to fit the exhaust again but definitely get some side door trims
-

There's a place on great south road on the corner of the church st intersection and motorway on ramps that do colour match touch up things about manicure bottle size with a little brush inside. I think it was like $12 or something. But tbh any black will do if it's cosmos. Diamantschwarz metallic black is a different story
