Funny.. I was actually thinking about buying this few weeks back.. Could still be keen.. Need to have a think about it
  13. Nice to see all the M3s together
  14. Darin's? I think he was trying to fit some merc Breyton deep dish wheels a while back. Was it a violet e36 plate [E36] ?
  15. Sounds like reaction arm bushings. Also called control arm bush. Unless 3 out of 4 wheels are buckled (unlikely) then it will probably be these.. Might cost a fair bit so I recommend having a look online for alternative brands instead of OEM. Could be something else of course but this is my guess without knowing more details
  16. Well you probably want to go for a 225 or 235 width, 45 or 50 profile and obviously 17" diameter. Now "best" and "affordable" don't really go together when talking about tyres. You have a few options 1. Buy new but a cheaper brand such as Achilles, nexen, sagitar, these would probably cost between $100-150 each. 2. Buy new decent brand such as falken FK452, toyo proxes4, Dunlop direzza etc $150-200? 3. Save up and buy new good brand and actually look after them. Will last longer and be safer and ride better. Michelin pilot sport, Bridgestone potenza, goodyear eagle f1, continental contact sport, etc. probably cost $250+ easily 4. Have a look on trademe for a decent brand in secondhand condition, if it's cheap enough might be worth it. (Things to look out for in secondhand tyres: camber wear, uneven tread wear, sidewall damage, puncture repair, and also check the "load rating" I think E36 should require a load rating of 90+) Finally, shop around for the brand and size you want. Some places do specials and you could find something good for a bit of a discount. Also remember to get the wheels balanced and get a wheel alignment done too. Hope this helps
  17. Bumping a 4 year old post ftw.
  18. Anyone have some yellow tint film left over that i could buy? Just need enough for the highbeams on my e30 Thanks
  19. Took the 330i on a lol trip to rotorua this weekend. Clocked 460kms from a full tank of BP 98 that cost $140. OBC shows 220kms left and still got about 35% left on the gauge. Seems pretty decent for 100kmh drive with plenty of overtaking Didn't have any problems and was a very smooth and comfortable ride. Will be doing the engine oil and filter and hopefully replace trans fluid this coming week.

    Is this a good buy?

Rare to find a 93 model that drives well! But with those kms, a lot of things should need attention soon possibly
  21. Nice touring Brent! Never likes the facelift non msport kits but its a good base and easily made to look nice since u got a bunch of parts! Should be worth a good sum of money if u were to sell. But definitely a keeper i say!

    Is this a good buy?

There are plenty of compacts around. What's your budget? Why not go for a e36 318is coupe? Or if u can stretch the budget then definitely buy muxout's one for sale. Looks amazing
