just an opinion, i think it would look cool with a set of m3 side mirrors (also painted red).. btw, where is the license plate going? i always thought it looked weird when its on the mesh part rather than the actual bumper

just want to know what parts need to be replaced/looked at for a 1999 528i to improve/fix suspension and comfort? basically the car has had a engine transplant so the engine is in very good condition, unfortunately everything else has been neglected and I am gonna try to fix it up, thinking about shock bars, ball joints, etc etc can someone help me identify the exact names for the parts needed? thanks

according to ari's info, if i was to run just 2 burners then i would get roughly 8 hours of use? so the 112MJ/hr number is the one stamped on the sticker on the unit (blue seal commercial gas stove) and that is referring to all 4 burners going at once? thanks

dont know much details about tyres but had the proxes 4 on my e36 before and they were great, lasted ages and overall a really good set of tyres IMO

do i need to get a brand new part or just a second hand one okay?

just had a look under the car, the oil drips from here, not sure if this is the source of the leak or its dripping from above somewhere.. also, the car belts at the front of the engine behind the radiator fan is making a squealing noise.. any ideas? thanks

so i realised the day after i bought the car that the rubber hose? that connects from the air filter box to the throttle body was completely off and not connected to the TB!!! just put it back on and has been running pretty good for the past 3 days, engine hasnt cut off once, good! but the idle still "wobbles" a bit when first starting the car, then runs fine mostly.. occasionally having a little shake while at the traffic lights but nothing major. will get around do cleaning up the ICV or replace, maybe need to look at fuel pump? discovered another problem.. an oil leak.... i have yet to hoist it up and find the cause but im hoping its just a oil filter housing leak from the o-rings and seal and nothing else too serious.. any ideas? i needed to get some new tyres as one is nearly bald and instead of spending $80 or whatever on a new tyre i ended up picking u a set of ACS 16x8's on GT radial champiro 128's, not sure if hes on the forum.. getting them balanced as i speak and will get them put on this afternoon after work pics of the mags:

if you dont want to fork out the money, then all you need to do is sand off the chrome, polish using finer sandpaper and water, then leave it to dry, paint it black or whatever, clear coat it (if u want, i didnt) and put them back on. its simple as. to remove them from the body, all you need to do is just punch the |||||| area and the surround will pop out, sounds silly but it works, otherwise u can just pry the clips from behind and slide it out. same thing.

are they 2 piece like the real throwing stars or just one piece?

hey, sorry to bump up an old post but are these still available? if so, i know the CB will fit a e36 but do u know the offset? has to be at least 30 i believe? would be nice to have these on my compact
