    More E30 Bits

Also for sale: Assorted E30 seatbelts. Have the full set, but unfortunately front buckles both went with the seats when I sold them. So only have buckles for the 3 in the rear. Also, one front belt is aftermarket, so probably was drivers side one and has been replaced at some stage. $10 each part. I.e. Centre belt + Left? buckle. Or Centre + Rear buckles etc. Or the whole lot for small change + beer....

    More E30 Bits

Ok so I have a few bits to sell, to clear some room in the garage and help pay for new goodies for my car / flight school. All items are off a 1987 320i (PFL) Sedan in Lachsilber. All prices are negotiable/ONO. Centre Console in good condition, apart from four screw holes. $5 Passenger side sunvisor. Good Condition $5 Cheers Need to go, i dont need any extra bits.
  4. Yes but it'll be two lips that AREN'T selling at $130. He'll be stuck with another one. Unless some poor sucker actually pays that much for one.
  5. Details on trademe: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=441817535 $6700 ONO Buy it in time to get it all ready for next season!
  6. Haha, now he will buy it and there will be another one for $130....
  7. From what I've heard from the experts, the best process is to make a fibreglass mould using the existing panel and then lay the CF in that. Certainly not a cheap way to make a fuel flap haha, but hey every gram counts right?

    My E36 318is

Good stuff. E36 motorsport is so overdone.
  9. Don't lie. You dont got no ho's. To the OP. Welcome, and good luck. BS ladies are a rare treasure
  10. Yup. The grinding sparks tend to f**k the laminate, and never really clean off. My rear window is totally covered in tiny burns. Best bet is to use a fire blanket to prevent it happening in the first place
  11. Do it! Just to make him look like a real egg haha.
  12. Oooh very nice. Dunno why, but i have a "thing" for E46 and E39 tourings! Drooollsss...
  13. AA guy did a poor job. Check that the pump is getting power to it before writing it off as fuel pump. Could quite possibly be fuel pump relay. (Exact same thing, same symptoms etc happened to me in December, AA guy worked out exactly what was wrong and how to fix it haha). Borrow a good one to try out maybe?
  14. Sad sad sight. I feel your pain, im sure most of us have been there ^^ at some point haha.

    trim paint

Tried a proper "trim black" from meguairs etc? They last a LOT longer than tyre shine.
  16. Also have XT. With a Garmin Nuvifone. Often quicker than my telecom broadband at home haha. And awesome reception, and very clear voice quality for calling.
  17. To add to the list of trademe "whoa"s. Saw an m20b20 on there last night, stock standard, 150ks, $1500!
  18. Tried google? "Cooling system flush" or similar?
  19. Nah dont think so. Pretty sure it said M325i or just 325i. Number plate had an F in it though.... Thats the best I can do haha
  20. I knew most E30s are missing them, but i didnt think they were that rare or valueable: Trademe linky
  21. At the very least id run a hose through from the thermostat housing, rinsing out your engine for a bit. Havent really done anything more than that on any of my cars. However I would recommend being careful with the radiator, as a blocked core can be annoying and costly!
  22. Silver Mtech2 325i E30 coupe with german plates, 8.20pm last night. SH1 wellington, followed you down the gorge, and then along the urban motorway as far as the Aotea quay offramp.
  23. Standards are standards. And they just dont meet them. At all.
