Its a shame I didnt know you were looking to move the others on earlier, would've been interested in the E87, but have a Saab now. The white looks great, as do the wheels. Should sound good with the supersprint on it. Will you move the swaybars from the E81 over too?

I dunno, was probably asleep when i posted that ?

Its probably been mentioned in this thread, but if im buying something in USD on a website, and they charge GST, it looks like they charge it in USD (15% of the purchase), so they're skimming more money off the top. Its all sh*t. Im waiting to see what happens with some shocks I just purchased from the UK. Didnt pay tax, so i'll see how efficient customs are.

If its bad enough, a wallnut blast might be the only way -
On my previous E36 i was able to push the lollipops on by hand under the car, so didnt need to "press" them on. That was using urethane bushes though, not sure if its different for OEM ones.

The sixes arent "faultless", but the fours are utter dogs. Anything 323i or bigger will be a six. Obviously a 330i would be the best.
-
You get used to the +/- on the same side, I actually ended up really liking it and now dislike having it only on each side.
-
Dont tell me youre on your third 130i now? ?
-
Wouldn't be one of the 4 pot ones (316/318/320), would it?
-
Probably already done it, but i'd recommend stage 2 personally. Stage 3 was very harsh outside of driving in normal "auto" mode, banging into gears pretending its a DCT. I went down to Stage 2 and felt it was a much better fit, with improved shift speed over standard, but without the hardness of S3. This was on a Stage 2+ FBO E91.

When you put it that way, its a stupid amount of car for the money. Not much beats it for value.
-
There is probably a reason someone dumped it on Turners to sell....
-
@Michael. did it to his, he might still have schematics for the bits?
-
Surely its one of those "sold outside of trademe" things where they bump the price up so it wont sell on that auction because they already sold it? No one is ever going to pay 50k for it!
-
Well I guess all the "WANTED: 4DOOR M3" threads on here amounted to nothing or this would have sold well before it even got to TM. Awesome car in a stunning and rare colour.

Gosh its pretty. Love me some Techno.

The E46 is a nice car, but at the least the supercharged Rangie could pull the skin off a pudding. Dont waste your time trying to get more power, just make it look and sound how you want and enjoy it as it is.

Im so jealous. I really want a Titan E39 540i.
-
Knowing what I know about the previous history i'd also say 99% sure it's never been rebuilt. I would still plastigauge it just to be sure. Cheap insurance, rather than having to do it again later.

Gosh that's a lovely car. Shame its not a motorsport though, facebook tells me its not because it doesn't have M on the engine. ?
-
Typically nice and easy to access, I see.

+1 this. Please let us live vicariously.

Its a nice car, and even better since I last saw it. Although, looking at the photos, it needs the cowling near the hinges cleaned
