Anyone heard or used EBC? I think that's the name. Pagid I have heard off. Good to know they can be sourced in Nz
-
Sigh. So many bloody brands. I want a perfect allrounder - and it would be easier if I could source them in NZ of course for a decent price - I'm looking at maybe 1 or 2 track days a year - not 20. So I think street could work out fine. If so, I know MillAnd do cheap enough OEM quality items, and I am sure Gavin at EuroItalian Can too. My main concern is finding the right bushes - Viaco lasted 6 months.. Maybe try OEM?
-
I can bring in Akebono without going over... Anybody used?
-
Totally bloody forgot about trademe! Thanks - will look into that, and maybe have a look on Ebay too.
-
Awesome thanks. sorry should of stated front - they seem to be a bit hard to find in NZ. I am needing a brake pad that can vary between track and street. Im looking at around $250+NZD for Hawks.. Any idea on cost from Race Brakes? And yeah fluid is sorted for now
-
Unfortunately the parts I am wanting for my car have hit over $400NZD to bring in from US, so sourcing local suppliers. I am after: Hawk HPS Brake Pads, or another really good brand that is suitable for the track. Heavy Duty Front Control arm Bushes - BMW/Viaco don't last (last set went for 6 months) so after some good, heavy duty ones - anywhere in NZ? All of course for 2000 E46 6 Cylinder (323ci) And then I found a supplier of Motul Brake Fluid - but if someone has cheaper for Motul 600 at $32.. let me know. I have done the Google thing, but nothing proven for BMW. If I can't find what I need, I will bite the bullet and do two separate orders.. I have around $65USD to fill on an ECS tuning order (incl Shipping) so if anybody does want something, I can do that for them for cheaper shipping than if they wanted to bring in themselves. I will be placing the order Monday/Tuesday if no suppliers in NZ are found... Please and thank you!

It's quite a big job. Long and lengthy. If it wasn't for the Hell BM team, no idea what I would of done. Here is the photo of the hole on my left side... Had a little cry when I saw it. My car is a 323ci for those wanting to know - so not just the M3s! I would recommend all those with E46 get it checked!
-
Wow... And I thought mine was bad..
-
This is like a hybrid of some form. Only ACS parts on there are the pedals and dash carbon lol. Oh and don't forget them front badges.. Mirrors look random, no front, rear, side or spoiler kit?? It looks pretty neat though - I think badge removal in a few areas would benefit
-
And here's me whose happy with my 170hp car. #toopoorforhere
-
I always like SMG, advocate for it. Prove them haters when I drag their manuals with my non existent M3
-
Naww no need to take things so seriously Hey everybody hated my car originally. Dw, it will grow on me eventually.. I like them in white! Don't take life so seriously, it's not like you come out alive so go get a fruit car and make it a males car with a killer power rating.
-
A fruits car (no offence to gays, I have lots of gay friends.. Probably more so than straight friends...) Is a car so small it can't be used for the obvious reasons a large car would be used (families, children, se...you get the idea) It only provides room for your gender identical counterpart and potential toy dog you may like to carry around in a man bag. *disclaimer: please take all above as a joke in a light hearted way - no offence intended for those who are attracted to the same sex*
-
Honestly. They look like a fruits type of car. You're 6ft4 and it will look like the wrong combination of too big and too small. I was with you on test drive. Just don. Please. Save yourself and get either E46 M3 E92/90 335i Or even a 2 series. They not a flattering car tbh.
-
A 135i will so not be cooler.
-
Righto. So far we have done - Subframe Reinforcement - Rocker Cover Gasket - Rear Diff Mount - New Rear shocks Next - Brake Pads - Oil Filter housing minor leak.. Maybe.. - Might change brake fluid so car is track ready. All thanks to the awesome team at HellBM. And I was fortunate enough that once the years of caked on dust was removed, to discover ACS did a neat suspension job on my car too - thanks guys, here I thought it was only kitted.
-
This, to what I can see while browsing on my phone - is unfortunately not a genuine. If it was you'd know about it. When a car is fully kitted by them, rear, side, front lower skirts are completed, spoiler, wing mirrors, and then also generally a large window decal can be present somewhere, and the good old decal stripes on the side are a dead give away to fully kitted ones. Inside, there will be even more goodies, I believe Alu Trim with the ACS brand, 3x ACS pedals, and you will also have a window emblem on the rear triangular windows (name of item has lost me) With E39s you also get a rear window wing. And then, if you are super special, your engine, and suspension would of been done by them too. If tuned you will have a silver plate stamped in the engine bay on the metal of a strut (like your colour code sticker). If Suspension was done, unfortunately Pop your car on the hoist and look for gear, if kitted exterior you will not have a 540 (544) badge, in its place would be a genuine ACS badge, as well as one on the grill of the bonnet, and on every part placed on the car.. (Body kit, mirrors, spoilers, decals ect) and the generally a logo on the rear. Interior kitted is a steering wheel, trim, handbrake, pedals. At the end of the day, I contacted the people involved with doing my car to confirm it was a genuine as there was hardly nothing to read.. It's a stupid process for figuring if things are genuine as not always on a build sheet of done by a dealer...

Went to New World at 9. Watched the last bottle leave in front of me and screamed bloody murder at the poor soul who took it. Shall lie in wait I think.
-
See this car everywhere I swear.. Cant go on an attempt to find Lewis Road Creamery Chocolate Milk without that car popping up!
-
Haha. I love you Raerae
-
Yeah sorry, I ended up putting them in the 6cyl and dealing with a bit of a nosedive, but Eibachs it wasn't bad. Car now sold. Trade me should have some

Haha, errrbody always be spotting me on that darn Motorway!

Must be on a spotted Mission here by Black S50B32 M Coupe 'W18' around Takapuna, had a chat to the elderly lady who owned it, 80,000ks. And just before that, Hard Top black E46 M3 along the same stretch of road - "E46 M" Taka is the place to be for nice cars

Greenlane?... ASB show grounds.. Huh must be an identical one wondering around then..

And Spotted an M3AN at Pickles in Albany/Rosedale - that place is good
