you can have these if you like,2 of the tyres may not get a warrant and the other two are pretty close.Rims have some curbage and one may have a little bend.Could prolly still get two good ones on the front...$500 for four,17x8 et 20,or make me an offer close to that

my obc says my average is 19.4 mpg(6.9 km/l,14.4 l/100kms) but his includes about three weeks of my being used as the family car, criss srossing town, short runs to supermarket etc, before that my average was 20.4mpg(7.27km/l,13.73l/100k) but i always get well over 500 k s to the tank and on the open road even more.Mind you my usual fill is 62 litres....sometimes more.so on that basis my average is more like 25mpg(8.87km/l,11.3l/100k)(550 ks 62 litres) However i get a pretty good run to work, and i mostly accellerate like a nana....

if you lower the rear suspensin goes progressivelly morecamber,ie the bottom of the wheels goes outwards and you start wearng the inside edges more.Just leave it for a bit,it may settle down some yet.Not sure about coilovers, but somebody was going to get some in search the forum.

i cant see it being that complex(famous last words)Interior door trim and if like the e 34 relaese the latches to enable the exterior trim to be removed.Probably best to disconnect the battery to make sure the airbag doesnt go off....Search the interweb,I bet there is a how to somewhere!

i thought every M3 would have the OBC??I dont really trust mine anywy!
-
would have to be really cheap tho surely..by the time you buy insure, register wof, maintain a second car is it really any cheaper???If you are buying a "new" car anyway sure make it fuel efficient as possible but i dont see buying another car as a solutionGreg..you must have some idea of how many ks you do to a tank or between fillup???

used to assemble Isuzu Trucks, was attaching the battery terminals, two big 12v or two big 24 v batteries.Had done the earth first(didnt do that again),was tightening positive, spanner just touched battery holder instantly welded itself to holder and before my eyes turned dull red through cherry red ,yellow and white hot before it melted and fell to the ground.

i have used Blair Wright(up by webb st) and The surgery both excellent.I think the Panel Beater you are talking about is Harvey or Alan Harvey or something like that.?
-
i think the DICE has its own aux input so maybe you can hook into that???

we are all now paying the price of depleting oil reserves, and some big players using oil as a currency hedge...instead of buying gold they are buying oil..that is one reason why the prices are rising so much.Get used to it...and if you think things are going to much different under National.....good luck The fact that the gst is levied on top of a whole bunch of other taxes is crude.Your paying tax on a tax..a bit like the tax you pay on savings when you have already paid tax on that money. And they wonder why we dont save!

so ALL hd 12 are "is"'s?If i punch in my vin it just comes up as an ECE 535 most of the options show ie seats,3.64 lsd, mtech "aero" kit etc ,but it doesnt list as an "is"
-

this sounds like the infamous e 34 seat twist. In that scenario the cable outer"grows" and pulls the inner drive cable out of the motor couplings. The solution is to shorten the cable outers so that the inner cable can reach into the drives couplings again.Look on the net,i think you will find better descriptions than mine!.Hope it is this as its a bit of a pain to do the first time apparently!

there has been some idle talk about some kind of e34 meet up.....how about it???perhaps on the same date the E34 first came under the publics gaze???
-
i thought all post 2000 cars had the updated lights?
-
dont forget that in most cases motorport kit is bodykit, mtech, (lower and maybe bigger sways) ,wheels and maybe sports seats(not always).E 39 gurus will know.
-
actually think its quite nice, nice wheels...and good price, and pretty low kays actualy....lower it a bit a nd wait for some m sport bits....e 39 looks quite nice in the lighter colours, dont actually see many in that colour
-
congestion tax....laughable.Make long term parking more expensive and short term relatively cheap.Petrol prices will start doing it automatically
-
imho those(albeit the next size up) are the ultimate wheel for the e39(yes Martynn even your choice)Now if your talking E34s......
-
how can you upgrade from them?
-
even the most basic small new cars have at least twin air bags, next tier even front side and or curtain air bags!
-
F*&k that even big bikes get over 50 mpg does the E 34 benefit from 98??but you are chipped and afm delete arent you??
