mine was a pretty good example and despite people driving it saying it drive nicely compared to others i finally sold in that ballpark albeit a couple of years ago now.I originally wanted to try to keep the big bbs wheels but in the end they became part of the deal
-
couple of pics of inside please
-
i drive a current model ford ranger regularly, and compared with either my old 535 or 120 they are awful.Theyare fine if you dont mind vague steering ,no traction, lots of noise. If you want a trucjk fine if you are trying to compare them in any way to an x5 dont bother
-
no its not...the driving experience in those utes is just awful.I dontknow what the steering circle of a x 5 is but those utes cant do a u turn in a normal street
-
I am with this.I am sure you will get a bit of that price ,jeff gray is good to deal with in my experience ,you will be close to the blue on price with a whole lot more support.Cant comment on what it would cost to bring your own in.

i may have a spare set...watch this space
-
why dont you just get a diagnoses to see what the problem actually is and go from there,no repairs just a report whats wrong

Here we go again. The "creaming" someone is making on the parts goes towards making the business somewhat profitable(i mean the New Zealand end of the business).Overheads in a modern BMW or VW dealer on high street would be high.Try pricing some compatible parts at a Honda Toyota(or even lexus) dealer .Its the price of playin, and there are alternatives these days. Just sayin

if it is only a little bit low top up with water ,it wont dilute the anti freeze much .Clean out the "pulp" as best you can and see if it comes back.Ask them to do a coolant system flush next service and or point out the "pulp" to them "Little yellow light " is not descriptive enough for me i am afraid

Jeff Gray's adjusted my lights but they don't look right?

def take it back and complain, how will they know they have done it wrong...but be nice about it. -
had to come i guess, its the only way to package cars if you want the maximum bang for buck internal space.
-
that had been on TM for a while had nt it?
-
a five is small compared to a seven series
-
good but somone somewhere is rebuilding their e39 m5 traans right now
-
i think that is rotors and pads all round
-
nice lookin wagon Brent!
-
the halo will probably be only 12v,what voltage do the LEDs run at?
-
i would hope that that sort of thing is not "normal" but it happens....a mate of mine had a 535is just like mine.He had to rebuild the gearbox in his.had fewer miles than mine
-
not to be down on you guys(lots of respect in fact) but i would have absolutely no interest in building a car
-
2.5k for rotor and pads,i bet you wouldnt get much change from that if you went to a dealer for your M5
-
these things happen...how much would you pay in Rotors for the M5 idf you use 1) genuine bmw ,or 2)oem
-
its why they were cheap in the first place i am guessing
-
if you need a bigger car then a seven is tha way to go.The five series(e34 e39) is just not quite big enough, esp if you are tall. The 535 was more than ok for us but we only had one child.
