sorry I actually started typing something out a day or so ago but forgot to post. Get some new shocks and springs to start with. Also as suggested replace your bushings and front shock top mounts. This will help a ton with handling. Also look into your rims and tires .. You may even be up for a 2.5 m20 conversion ? panel and paint I can't help with in the welly area sorry

Just easier to do it yourself parts wise ... Guido at BM workshop is the only independant (outside of the dealers)I know of that actually has the specail tools to do vanos. Although Gavin @ hi Velocity can actually do it too .. just he doesnt have the tools handy ... you dont need coil overs then ... as your just going to negate any performace gains using them.... stick to compressed springs and save cash.
