    Available jobs?

Uni is something I would recomend, espically something with management / business papers also in it. Start doing work now, you will need to build up a portfolio of work for people to look at, in your portfolio you will want it to be varried so as not to come across one sided. Varied in style not just content this will show you can work with different clients requirements. You could start by making a fake company, design their logo, letterhead, some mock signage, website (either storyboard or make it working). Talk to friends that want/need work done, family friends that own or work for small company that couldn't/wouldn't normally get graphic design work done, and do it either for free or a small minimal charge. They will talk to others and you might get some part-time work from thAt as they talk to others. My gf is a graphic designer for the company I work for, she did a natcol 1 yr course but sometimes thinks she's missed out on things by not doing the full uni degree. She started getting into webdesign and made a site for a car club and a friends massage company, those have provided her with anouther 5 websites - 2 of which were cafe's and she did the whole shebang for them... Menu layout/design, logo, image design, etc... She also helps out my dads company doing the really boring side of corperate design, report and proposal layout. It doesn't take her long but is boring and uninteresting to most designers, but that's where the client decides if they like the feel of your company and if you get the work or not... Very important. Again if you know people with a small business you could offer them this as a service for you protfolio... Others will no doubt have other this to say.

    Available jobs?

There was talk about our marketing department needing a lacky as there is a lot of proposal work going out at the moment... I would need a cv and more work to look at before i would concider putting it forward... Sorry to sound negitive, but i don't recommend people i don't know for jobs unless they really impress me, as it's my name that gets tarnished if they are crap.
  4. Your washer bottle problem. A few pug guys stick their's in the skuttle plate area (under the black thing that covers the area wear there wipers are). Depending on space it might fit in there....
  5. Because NZ roads suck... So many dips and unulations to bottom out on...And then because of this:Â + + = On of the fastfrog boys came around a corner on a drive day, hit pictured rock as it was in the middle of his lane. 3 others hit it also with minor damage...Â

    bellmouth?

have a chat to MLM off the forum, he was tempted to start making up some cold air boxes for people. This is the heat sheild he made for the 205: Just to know we where limited a lot in the design by the maf placement/angle and connector to the idle stepper motor
  8. she can take them with her for the next car...
  9. Wheels personally i'd go with Michelangelo II PL (Michelangelo II PL) or the Superturismo GT but in black with red lettering (Superturismo GT)
  10. Depends what spec rallye your talking about... The aus spec rallye was a 306 xt with a sticker pack where as the uk spec rallye was the 306 gti6 based version, manual windows, less sound deading, and all the go fast bits on it from pug sport. Don't think there are any I'm the country. Maybe as private imports but no offical ones. Original clubsport = 106 rallye with group n bits from pug sport also. Incdently pug sport have an online shop you can buy all the group n/a parts for their cars. It's kinda cool! 6 speed boxes, suspension, cams, ecu, bodykits, etc... Everything to make the maxi's and group n/a cars!

  14. Yup know that one... Its very nice, i'll look at getting one someday as anouther toy... The clubsports came with a lot of the group N bits and bobs as they where made for the 106 clubsport one make race series back in the 90's. Most have had their cages removed and convered to road going form. It's really really nice, but i can't afford anouther toy car when the main toy and the road car need alot of work... Was looking at this as a light weight tow car (have dad's v8 explorer as the main tower) and daily... http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-213494417.htm  - incidently i think it drove past us when we where all parked up at warkworth... It was missed by the bimmersport guys that pointed out the 205 to me when we where there =;-P

    A Detail in detail

Looks really good with the black grill... I've just done all the arch trim (again) on the 205 and the back slam panel... Not to discount what you have done but it might be easier. Wet (warm water and a little dishwashing liquid) sand the parts with 600grit sandpaper (make sure it is really wet and always wet), rinse, let it dry, rub with meth's to remove wax, dishwashing liquid, etc , then use the K&H bumper satin black spray paint. It's got a plastic primer built into it. Best bit... dries in 5 minutes... Looks stunning also... If you saw the pug at the ann. driveday the bumpers and exterior trim had been done the night before...

  22. we had a professer at uni who did a study on the number of that died of natural power sources vs Nuclear power. he was commenting that roughly estimated on a high side 10,000 people have died directly and indirectly from Chernobyl and there was a single dam break in china that killed 400,000... Overall natural power generation was much deadlier to people and the local ecology than nuclear
