So, the red 130i, can anyone tell if it sold or just 'listing expired' as per tardme? I really liked that one, but seller never answered my questions.

Someone will have to explain the search results to me because beers but I agree re: the facebook sentiments, I don't use it, half the country doesn't and never will. It seems strange so many places, it's their only option to enter comps, contact them, advertising, etc pretty much halving their market but oh well. Forums reign supreme for functionality but people are obsesed with themselves and willing to throw their privacy our the window to take a picture of their dinner so there we go.

I've owned many E36s - coupe, sedan and currently a compact and the 130i load space is way more practical and usable.

It's a shame. I like the idea of the 135i shape without the turbos. Not for that price tho.

Feel free to start 135i N54/5 threads if that's your thing. A lot of us prefer the 130i though. It's a bmw, isn't that what we're here for?

Budget for a waterpump too and possibly battery as doesnt say that they've been done. Soon enough it will be a 10k car like the well maintained ones.

There was an n54 swapped one on youtube. I have one with an m52 swap - much easier than the m54, practically bolt-in

So, still fighting this. New clutch master and slave - both quality parts. Can't get a pedal that feels like it is doing anything mechanical. Have tried pedal bleeding, inverted slave bleeding and reverse bleeding. Starting to wonder if the 318 clutch I fitted somehow requires more leverage than the clutch slave can supply? So frustrating.

I might have one. Did these engines come in E36? Do you have a sample pic so I can check?

That's a tough one. Without the S50 it's worth similar value to me (a tight a$$) as say, a 328i or 325i roller - as essentially the engine sounds like junk. Rack and suspension work, meh, wouldn't expect to recover anything on those. Gearbox might be worth a grand? I'm sure the usual vendors could squeeze it for lots. I won't insult with my figure. ?
