Cheers for all the feed back, yeah i wasnt expecting this to be easy, but just trying to see what the best plan of action is for this, so that the mega meet, is actually a mega meet, probably 2-3 days event would be awsome with track time, but im expecting to run into troubles because of the wide variety of people and occupations on bimmasport, but im sure with decent planning that can be bypassed Cheers on the awsome feedback!

Wicked, thanks for that info, February, sounds like an ideal date to set, might be good to organise a bimmasport newyears meet in new years any way, for all the people that wont be busy, and wanna have a bit of a cruize to celebrate 09. Hey guys i think weve talked about this on another topic earlier but want a bit more info on it Aparantly the m20 manual boxes will fit the m50 also, from (e30 320 going to a e36 320) What about drive shaft? - Im assuming master cylinder wont - Clutch pedal? will it bolt up? - Shifter linkage probably wont ? - Cross member might be able to bolt up with a bit of alteration ? Would be good for some more advice on this

yeah, wanted to see how many we could get, want it to be huge, video cameras and every thing, Convoys from wellington, convoys from auckland, wont set a date yet, but more feed back would give an idea on whether itll happen or not. probably would be good to have a meet in taupo. maybe a bbq and beers (no drunk drivers ofcourse) and then a mystery cruize, could almost have a 2 day event or some thing i think it would be something wicked to start 09 off with what else could we include ?? haha spott prizes, ?

Hey guys, its a while away (Christmas or new years) But ive been thinking, what are every ones thoughts on a North Island meet, see how many bimmasporters we can get in one area, say Middle of the country ish taupo. What does every one think about this i reakon we should set a day to see how many people we can get logged on all at once even if its just for a minute im trying to find a world record for it, so thought it might be interesting any way and maybe round christmas i think we should try and organise the biggest bimmersport meet ever just for the sake of it, and would be wicked to have all of the bimmersporters meet up in taupo or some thing Some feed back would be good, ollie ? what do you reakon organise one hell of a meet for christmas ? taupo or some thing ? even if it was 100 cars, that would be awsome maybe even a 2 day event, with a mystery drive too, would be some thing worth while planning depending on how much interest there is christmas being far away might leave enough leway for alot of people to confirm attendance, or maybe make it newyears meet. what ya reakon ?
