Either you've got way better eyesight than me or you've just outed yourself as a trainspotter! If it is the M50B30 then it's utterly begging for a proper engine swap! I think not, but they may have been "out of zone". Ah the old car dealer Drug Runner story. Is it legit or does it fit in with the other 30 odd cars with this story?
