briancol 3 Report post Posted November 30, 2010 Just had all the hood lining replaced is the car. Did the A & C pillars at the same time and will be doing the parcel shelf in the very near future. It looks so much better without all the saggy bits.

Lucan 196 Report post Posted December 1, 2010 E36 springs? Result? Don't make me come over!
tire 10 Report post Posted December 1, 2010 They fit in prefect and are beefier looking. They have a higher spring rate for the heavier E36 chassis so are well suited to E30 tourings. They currently sit higher than the voigtlands did but these are brand new so I'm assuming they'll go lower. According to Keith they won't be as low in the end though. Pretty sure both Apex and SIR E30 did the same.
antil33t 90 Report post Posted December 1, 2010 (edited) Bought this, fitted it. Oh, and I fixed this too. It's bumper paint. decided the bumper was too rough to match it to the car, so bumper paint it is Edited December 1, 2010 by antil33t

Top Secret 2 Report post Posted December 2, 2010 Replaced fuel pump (again), fuel filter, oil filter, oil, spark plugs, and cleaned the AFM. It still has a really bad idle when cold though.. Hmm..
briancol 3 Report post Posted December 2, 2010 I had the entire exhaust system changed in my E36. Instead of the standard single pipe, I'm now sporting a twin pipe system out of a 328. Next project is to cut out the cats but at the moment I'm unsure what to replace them with. Do I just run straight pipes, or do I put in a pair of resonators? Any one here have experiance in doing this? I am looking to get a better exhaust note but nothing too outragous. Many thanks to Keith of Jamex and Jono and the crew at Mag & Tyre Direct for all their effort.
