HELLBM 1557 Report post Posted August 4, 2015 (edited) Fabricators have now finished. Big thanks to the great workmanship of Colin @ Quest Fabrication. Next step will be with the panel/paint shop for shaping of the doors/petrol flap and painting. Nice to be able to fit the Work wheels and/or OEM 18`s/19`s Edited August 4, 2015 by HELLBM

Michael. 2313 Report post Posted August 13, 2015 Seeing this replicated really does show how foolish BMW was to NOT put it into production.
NUSTAD 243 Report post Posted August 13, 2015 I really like Rays project - it is cool because it is different and a classy stretch of the m3 story but I reckon the m3 dynasty would be diminished by a factory wagon variant. The four door sedan is a stretch.......I would have one but the m3 is at its peak as a two door on the track.

HELLBM 1557 Report post Posted August 19, 2015 Modified a pair of M3 mirrors to replace the aftermarket pair on the wagon. The M3 OEM Mirror Retrofit DIY for e46 Sedan on E46fanatics gave us a rough guide. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=675377 The end result mocked up on a donor door:

BreakMyWindow 1874 Report post Posted August 23, 2015 (edited) Although the numbers probably didn't stack up to officialy sell the e46 M3 touring, you can't deny that it's a seriously handsome car. Well done Hellbm. Edited August 23, 2015 by BreakMyWindow
