While I stipulated home brewery, I didn't stipulate scale... I''ve allowed for about 30k for gear, and about 70 to replace the non plumbed sleepout I currently use with a purpose built building. The setup would probably allow for 400L Batches. It's a wishlist after all ^_^

I do 750 liter batches, its cost less than $5k. Its also fully automated (other than loading the ingredients)

$80k - 1988 BMW E30 M3 not sure what colour

and keep my E30 325i

And Dailys:

$300k - 2008ish Range Rover Sport (new one is ugly)

Invest half, spend half. Don't tell family or friends (too many begging letters).

Property Investments to include commercial units, with one kept to run secret race team out of, and apartment at Hampton Downs (with garage). House renovation.

Car spending to include X5 diesel tow wagon, E30 M3 race car (preferrably Conrod's but doubt he would ever sell) and full resto/modernisation of the 'vert.
