E38 AC Schnitzer

Recommended Posts

Appears to be a 740i (non sport) with a body kit and mpars.  Not sure why it says some sport models had a shorter diff, I thought ALL sport e38s had a shorter diff, as it looks like this is not a sport model!

Certainly a low kms car - but a lot of money!!  Maybe the seller has been browsing BAT and Cars and bids in the US and is trying to raise the price level of e38s in NZ!!

Shame it lost the ACS wheels. Quite a part of the Schnitzer package IMO

Im not expert but it doesnt look like a real ACS to me. Looks like a partial rep kit with front bumper, spoiler and badges. Missing a lot of genuine bits.

Just another dealer trying to tell you its worth this much.

Well maintained? So he has all the Japanese service logs and translated them?

Plus everything else that's been mentioned.

Of all the 7er I do like the styling of an E38, in this case the kit and wheels make it look worse than a factory M-Sport to me.

The wheels look to be an M-Par copy to my untrained eye.

Reason to pay less for this one, not more.

Glad I'm not alone on that one. Ruins the clean lines.

The boot spoiler is hideous. Has no place on a grand tourer.

Factory Msport with this mileage would be worth it, that’s about what I’ve spent on mine but the ACS kits for 7s just look tacky IMO. Difference in Rarity to desirability. Still I’ll keep the V12 even if it’s more warm then this.

I’d want to see a timing chain guide change for that money as well. With so little running it’ll be brittle as
