Yep, there's probably a link there! You might want to totally update your advert so that it's fresh and relevant; what's the point of pictures and a description of a car with seats and brakes that aren't for sale? Your time wasters may be wondering what else isn't for sale. It certainly looks sharp; if I was looking to have my wallet eased for $34k, I'd be looking for a vendor who'd carefully (accurately?) described what was for sale. GLWS.

I've gotten more than 25,000kms out of RE003's on my e46 Touring, which is pretty awesome given previously I was getting around 10,000kms out of Proxes4 etc. Are your shocks in sound condition? You might want to try Michelins at a similar performance level, see if they can give you the grip/wet weather performance you desire, with greater longevity.

There have been a couple of very tidy examples on here that sat for a long time. Suggest you be explicit about the maintenance that's been lavished on it, particularly anything to do with the M62 problem areas. That should put people at rest, and get sold on the strengths of what appears to be a very tidy 540i. I'm not sure if the market has softened with e39 540 (as they approach 20yrs old)... with the e60 prices $9-16k (545i) it may have some bearing? and you've scored a 545i?
