I was due to leave and had been sitting on my front doorstep deep in thought for about 5 minutes when my son came out and asked what I was doing cause he thought I was leaving. I looked at him, smiled and explained that I was having trouble deciding which car to take..lol He flipped a coin for me and I took the V12. Life's choice bro.

1 pointI do - I hope he sees the thread.Had another look - having taken off the silencing ring on the 50mm inducer compressor housing I have, I can see machining out to 54mm (or possibly even 56mm) is looking pretty feasible. In the 2nd pic the tape is 57mm in diameter.

1 pointBut no to F/L rear lights onto a pre. Totally different size. Even F/L bumpers on a pre look disproportionate due to different lamp sizing & different rear guard height

1 pointI'm fairly confident it'll be tuned via VE Link has a base map for an m50 with all the preset settings on it. For example. If you've got a tuning cable, a wideband and a laptop i'd go for changing it yourself. I can add more if you choose to go down this path

1 pointYes, plug n play. Both 750 and 728i are Dual stage airbags. I need to find a Single stage for the 740i. Pre 2/99 build date are single stage airbags and 4/99 up are dual stage. If the build month of your car is 3/99 then there's a chance you could have either model and a visual inspection is needed to be sure what you have.
