Well built car. Properly thought out suspension and the tuning was done by Gavin. It's loud though, you'd have to love attention to drive it. Ask BMDubs what he sold it for? Edit: sound system CRANKS as well.

If it's the same as when you got it then nothing is wrong.

Dunno about mice stirring throughout the house, but the rattle gun is certainly singing. Nothing fighting me yet, going too smoothly... something must be seized somewhere.

for minimising speaker and HU cabling have a look at technics bmw harnesses . The guy reverse engineered the quad lock connector that sits in the amp . So basically his connector has rca and speaker wire hanging off it which means you can fit a small form factor amp in its place with minimal wiring effort so you can leave the cabin alone.. If your up for class D then heat is of little worry and 60wx4 rms will only need 8 gauge power and earth makking the battery run easy. The bmw e46 has a good gauge of wire on the mid bass speakers so no need to add fav 12 /14 gauge ofc. Sub,. As part of your research in terms of space . iB subs have come back to fashion and require minimal room . But also consider running passive radiators as the boxes end up small and there is no port noise. As a consideration iIm looking in a boom box project for the daughter using a Tan Ban w5 sub. Basically it only needs 20cm cube and can play down to the high 30hz. Q can be changed a bit by adding washers to its passive radiators . https://toidsdiyaudio.com/2020/02/06/mini-earthquake-an-8-cube-of-bass/

Hasn't replied to my PM, or (as far as i can see) any other questions. There's a build thread on here somewhere, I think?

I see that Supercharged black Mtech 2 325i four door is back up for sale - at $17500, trying to remember what asking price in March was? Does not appear to have any real work done / changes made. Pretty cool E30, but that’s strong money for a sedan.

Last update of this year I'm picking. Not too much to report. The wheels have arrived back from painters looking good... they will go on in the new year, along with the new Dunlops. I've started work on the spare bumpers, gunna have a crack at painting those myself although expectations are not high... The dash is all good, even the single line of missing pixels seems to have sorted itself out. I had my spare parcel shelf retrimmed with suitable material. It now looks a lot better than the old fading and lifting one. Thought I had an issue with my spare electric blind, but it's all working good. And just today I took care of an annoying feature the Japan market has, I do not need to be told that I have selected reverse, one plug removed and the gong is gone. Merry Christmas All...

I'd never buy a car from them anyway, almost did, once, paid a deposit then they reneged on the terms and relisted it on Trademe, I got it removed due to having a signed sale agreement but they still sold it to someone else, I had to take them to disputes tribunal to get the deposit back. They didn't front up and the adjudicator argued their case, I must've had a good enough argument as he awarded the refund of the deposit and my cost for the inspection of the vehicle.

Would be great to see it stay in the family. Boy that interior was a score, still looks mint. So many (still) near new parts on the car too. GLWS Nick!

if the running costs are your concern, you shouldn't be buying an R36 > sells car after a month owning it. Oh.
