Impulsive buy, my 1M was intended to only be my Sunday drive but tempted by the Z3M the 1M has now become my daily so I now get best of both cars ...??

Gee -- fast or last in this world, huh? For those of us in the market for a Z3M (pref s54) in NZ I suspect this sale may well have signalled to other sellers that this kind of price tag (ie, getting up there toward UK prices) is becoming the norm........

We dont really use it much so might just see if anyone needs a cheap runaround car. Spent a lot of time to tidy it up and it is in pretty good condition. The engine is healthy as (19x,xxxkms) and rev's up easily. its a 1998, genuine msport, sunroof, black interior all re-done, automatic, e46 centre armrest fitted, fake alpina badges all round Not sure what its worth but would be happy with 2k or close to it. Here is a link to the thread I made when I got it.

You’re telling me. I was a bit surprised to, but then decided I don’t really care about iDrive, and my X1 has it anyway so it’s not like I’m missing out on something in my life Car being delivered tomorrow - photo attached taken a month ago. It’s an SE model.

Sounds a lot but when you take into account actual sale price rather than list price, the current cost of an e30 M3, how much my 1990 ur quattro (20v RR) sold for and my B5 RS4 and the pedigree of this particular Z3M Coupe I actually believe it was a bargain...

I was friends with the first original HK owner’s son and they offered the car to me back then at $50k. Really kicking myself not buying it now lol!!

And I had trouble selling this vehicle on behalf for the second owner at half the price now listed . The car was 24,000km back then. I took it on one of the Bimmersport runs out to Kaiaua . This is a very collectible car. Good luck to the owner on the sale. We also did a lot of work on this vehicle to get it running nice and re complied as the WOF & Rego had expired. Have lots of photos saved on one of my hard drives somewhere. Its also only one of two CSI's built that is manual, RH drive and the instrument panel showing in KM , C', and liters

The sway bar links were my knocking sound but I think yours may be different. I could hear mine at low speed on smooth tarmac with neutral suspension.

Hi Bimmersport, Slim chance but you never know! Last year I bought a Z4 M coupe. Unfortunately the previous owner lost the service book - the good news is I've been able to retrace it's steps calling around the dealers who will kindly re-stamp a new book, however it would be great to get the detailed service information. In order to get this I need authorisation from the owner at the time. Does anyone from the South Island happen to know the original owner of this car? Despite being a 2006 model, It was purchased new in 2009 from Christchurch BMW. These cars weren't overly popular back then and given a Financial Crisis that hit during this time, it sat in the dealership for 3 years! Previous number plates it's worn included: - EZN464 - PR0PLR - FKR682 - ZED4M - FYG123 And photo of the car today: Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Alex

Custom fitted a Mini JCW grill to replace the ugly dual slats that come on the msport bumpers. Would have liked to get the m3 mesh but hard to find them and didnt want to use fence mesh or anything like that.
