Didn't realise you were trying to sell them in this section. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted. Would you like me to remove my post ?

The washer pump will be leaking.... a common problem
-
This is not an appropriate forum subject

They are heated nozzles Check your supply hoses are not crimped and try using a pin to check the jet vents. We use a jet drill and anvil to do this. The filter in the washer bottle could also be blocked or you might have a leak under the bonnet sound deadening

Those clamps havent broken. Your just seeing the tail of the clamp. Try tightening them and just check the power steering resevoir fluid level. And yes, they are both power steering hoses. One is a return (the smaller one) and the other is the pump supply hose.

If you get the reader coil, EWS control unit and key from the car the engine came out of, you can get it wired to run. Otherwise order the EWS control unit and key from the chassis number on the DME. Did you get the engine wiring loom with the motor? Is / was the car auto or manual ? The problem you will have though is the DME will be looking for EGS, ABS & ASC signals. I understand this may be able to be coded out, but don't know anyone down there that can do it. Maybe have a talk to Graham at DCH Motor Sport. I understand the race guys are doing Vanos delete and running aftermarket ECU's and sensors. Do you have a thread going that explains what you are doing ? You may get the right info if people knew what you were doing.

Anyone else waiting on parts from BMWNZ/Germany?
*Glenn* replied to roo's topic in General Discussion
It's a world wide problem due to a computer upgrade gone pear shaped. BMW NZ are sourcing as much as they can from Malaysia. If it's got to come from Germany it could be days, weeks or months. -
I can do a Century Din 53 or Din 65 Calcium battery with a 3 year warranty at a competitive price on Monday for you. The Din 65 should be the correct battery and the better of the two as for it's size.

RH drive compacts have one fog light.. R/H side and one reverse light L/H side... check your fog light switch

The rocker cover gasket, vanos hose and oil dipstick breather hose are leaking. They would need replacing, clean off and recheck after a week or so of driving. The remote housing and sump gasket may not be leaking. Dealing with oil leaks.... you start at the top and work down, only replacing what you know or can see is definitely leaking.

The one pictured should do the trick if it's working correctly

Are you sure it's the correct thermostat for your engine ? the thermostat has a direct bearing on water flow as it is double acting. We have also had problems with non genuine thermostats in the past.
