It may be...depends on the AVI... it's an active component that moves, not a fixed mounting point

Unplug the MAF sensor, start the car with a little throttle and see if it idles after releasing the throttle. If it idles, it's a MAF sensor fault. It's likely to throw an engine check light which you may have to get cleared on a scanner. Or get it scanned to determine the fault.

The AFM has been damaged by a back fire. It's probably bent the vane causing it to stick. Get a new AFM and then check for the backfire issue. It may have also caused a manifold hose or vacuum hose to blow off as well causing the idle issue

Cats are not covered by insurance companies. Dogs are though... they'll fix most problems a dog has with an excess for each dog problem

I use ELF 5w30 Excellium in mine and in customers vehicles with nill problems

Is that why you change cars all the time ??? you keep breaking them too ??

I put mine on with Eurothane.... about 3 yrs ago... It's still there and so is the tailgate spoiler done with eurothane as well.
