Please do because I (and a couple of friends) are VERY interested in how you get on Josh.
-
Of course, but when you turn on the ignition (as I assume they would) your presented with the main screen that shows the tv on the menu arent you ?Although perhaps not because it probably starts with the radio and obc

Would be a good test to see if they take it for a test drive....but then they arent required to are they ?They dont at VTNZ, so how would they know it was disabled ?

Sorry Ron, I shouldve explained it better. My friend got some front headlights but didnt think he had xenon so didnt buy with the new ones to handle it. When they arrived and he tried to fit them he found out he did have it but they were superb and sent another set out after sending him all the details on how to identify the different types.I cant recommend the seller highly enough, they were brilliant. Have you tried the dealers? When I got mine for the 7 I had prices from the State, UK and Germany and went in to find they were cheaper here ! Was a big surprise and personally I think the guy made a mistake and gave me the pair for the single price, but I wasnt going to hang around I just paid for them and left. Have you decided on smoked or black?

Doesnt it have a 'standard' e46 front but just the e39 lights ? They look huge compared to how they look on an e39's front end so I think he's just modified the e46 front end.

I reallised this just after Id posted, I think the only other country using mpeg-4 is France. There was a big fuss in NZ when they released that we would be using mpeg-4

I believe that when Jochen was saying 'freeview' that he meant the free to air channels and not the 'freeview' digital channels. Im happy to be proven wrong but currently you need a sky dish to get DVB-S but now the DVB-T signal is being sent out I think you still need a digital decoder to receive that signal. My understanding is that the 'normal' signal you get into your tv at the moment will be available for some years to come. It does make me wonder about whether we can use the DVB-T signal in the car though. There are plenty of decoders you can buy in the UK for it over there. I wonder if they would work over here.

If your going to quote me then do me a favour and quote the whole lot. I said I supported the guy but I expect the book to be thrown at him.Not at all what your 'cutting' of my post says at all.

Oh give me a break. They spend thousands on the cars in the first place and then whinge because they get a 400 fine.If you willingly break the law you should man up and accept the consequences. Unfrotunately in this PC dominated country more and more people are going to take the law into their own hands. I fully support what the guy did but I expect the book to be thrown at him.

Which is why BMW fit them to pretty much every car they make If your going to make a statement like that you really need to have something to back it up with.
-
Where are you fella ?
-
Stunning car but whats unique about the plate 'II M6 II' ? All that tells me is that he was either not quick enough or couldnt afford 'M6' !
-
there plenty of issues in the UK aswell so its not just limited to the states. M62 should be all good though [edit] yes the UK, blooming autocorrect on the ipod

Time to test out this $1 no reserve theory and I cant believe Im doing this ! TrademeLinky Get in quick. Would consider offers from BS people

Let me sow a seed
-
You looking for a co-pilot ?
-
Which it is anyway Paul. Even though trademe rules state 'you win you pay, blah blah blah' the rules of an auction still allow you to get there and not complete the deal on the basis that its not as advertised. When are you planning on going down with your pocket full of reddies

I got half a dozen votes in before it told me the service was unavailable Good luck Josh, they were bigging you up on Radio Active the other day
-
Well get on the blower then mate, no point hanging about.

Sometimes less is more Bravo

I agree with Grant, certainly not their best but a few laughs all the same. The more it goes on the more it appears staged which is a shame, but then how many gags can they pull before it gets stale ? .....oh and it was an e32 not an e34
-
so what's happened to the old twin airbags rule then ?
-
It would have to come down a damn sight more before you saw me in something that colour ! My god its awful.

If the bloke had made even a half decent effort of the wording and offered to pack and send it he wouldve made an awful lot more though. It really doesnt take a lot to pack and send something so why insist on pick up only ? Especially when you in the middle of nowhere !
