Are you going to redo both of them? Pretty good service on their part to sort it out, have had similar situations with others (not powder coating) and been told to F off.

What throttle bodies are you running with those runners? Do they supply them?

Check the wire to the starter motor with a multimeter, my brothers car did the same thing and the wire had crapped out somewhere in the loom. Was easy enough to run a new wire to the starter m

I wonder how s54s handle salt water. I'm waiting for ray to maranise an s54 with a tricked smg in a race boat or something.

Yeah off topic but I tried the bendix race pads on the rear with brand new rotors and they lasted one and a half meetings. That was with adj bias etc though.

That's a rad finish on the bar, nice.

Painted the engine bay, went a bit HAM with the grinder and cut a whole lot of crap out while I was there. Not bad for a lazy hungover Sunday. Also got block Pistons etc back from engine shop, just waiting on bearings and rings to turn up so I can assemble the block.

Hey mate how did you undo the bolts on the steering column to drop it down? They have weird security heads on them I think. I thought id ask before I go and cut the heads off.

Got my block and Pistons and rods back from the engine guy. Will give me something to do over the long weekend if I can get my cams and other bits and pieces from a mate of mine. Big thanks to ray and Sam at Hellbm for sorting me out a timing cover and dropping it off at the engine shop, mega service as always.

Yeah just get them from Gavin. His prices are cheap anyway. He's even swapped parts I've ordered incorrectly from overseas for some of his ones. Support the people that support us.

Every couple of weeks, admittedly I do around 1200ks driving a week so the probability of it happening is a lot higher than most.

The ones that really get me are the "Terry too tuff" thugs that walk slow AF across the road and stare you down as you come towards them at 50 kph. I've had a big island prick throw a milkshake at my windscreen as he stood in the middle of the road trying to be a tough guy. I know these guys aren't the brightest lot but surely they must realise that my 1500kg urban 4wd is going to always come out better off than his obese 140kg body if they were to collide. I'm such a good person for not hitting them I feel, I'm definitely going to heaven. I've always said to myself that the next c bomb that does it, I'm just going to mow them down and get it out of my system but i hate washing my car more than once a month and it always happens just after I've washed it.

Yeah when I was 17 I got jumped outside work when I jumped into my e30. Some fairly normal looking guy waved me down in the car park and being the good c that I am, I pulled up to see what was wrong. He then said what are you looking at and if I had an eye problem (lol). He then grabbed me by the collar and started punching me in the head which was nice, and said to give him all my money and my phone. Luckily for some reason I didn't have my phone that day and only had my eftpos card on me so he said "your going to drive me to the bank and get all your money out". Sweet as bei, Being 17 I had about $30 in overdraft in my account anyway. Then he ripped my mitre ten name badge off and said if you drive off I'm going to find you and went to walk round the front of the car. I put the car into first and launched it at him harder than I have ever launched the race car even. He managed to just get tagged on the leg and I drove off. Had I hit him I swear to baby Jebus I would have reversed and run him over multiple times. He didn't come back to find me. That's one of about 7 times that's happened to me in my younger days. Admittedly I was asking for it driving around in nice cars. Zzz

Nice one bro, cheers for that Callum was stoked with it.

Tall, thin, orange and named jack. Reminds me of one of our bimmersport ex pats. Does that piece of metal owe a whole lot of people money too?

Hey man what are the measurements of the runners, namely the width. I have an m50 manifold here but I'm thinking its a 2 litre one. If yours is bigger than mine (no homo) I'll buy it chur.
