Rad mate, did you end up sorting a fix for the boot issue? I think I'm just going to run with my slit in the boot indefinitely to be honest unless you have come across a better, less Rangi fix that isn't too hard to do. Ha.

Honestly seen m50 conversions in sh*t box e30s that are tidier than this. And surely you don't get points for originality? A tiny turbo motor making 170kw? Crunchy, Westy, josh etc get in there next time ha. Hell I would honestly say the m52 in the race car is tidier than that. (And has more power)

Just done the same to m52 vanos head. Use nv cams, cradles, timing gear and front timing covers and I think nv rocker cover.

Every man and his dog is suddenly a boxing expert. I am a Manny fan from day one but Mayweather schooled him. Call it what you want, it wasn't exciting to watch but he learnt how manny fought and picked him off with every chance he had. To someone who doesn't follow boxing and just watched this match (90% of the people crying that the fight was rigged) it did look like manny was in control, but you don't get points for punching the other guys arms. The amount of drunk rednecks at the pub last night yelling at the TV was insane. Educate yourselfs.

Started some more weight cutting on the shell while the motors being built. These are the new rear door skins which will be pinned to where the doors go. Weighed the left overs at 14kg which is pretty good. Still have to drill holes everywhere and do the front doors.

thats a good idea, ive always just put a bar onthe crank end or bar in the flywheel and used a big ass pole to swing off to ge tthe bolt out. your way seems much less feral
