  1. Confirmed: 135i less reliable than vintage military tanks.
  2. When it averages 4000km a year probably.
  3. But seriously do you have an aftermarket warranty, because if you don't i would buy one today if I were you.
  4. You need to have it enabled. Talk to HellBM. Being November 02, I'd put money on you having MK60, but you'd need to check.
  5. It's a less intrusive traction control mode that allows some slip. It came with the ZHP and CSL cars. HellBM installed it in my car and I use it everyday. (The standard DSC is pretty invasive especially say in the wet when pulling out of an intersection - it can be quite dangerous as it really cuts power).
  6. ^ not a face lift update, but late 2002 got the MK60 DME. Which allows for Mtrack mode. I wouldn't buy one without that. SMG says N instead of 0.
  7. Time will tell. But if you benchmark the 330i as the previous 'best non M' then it's likely they'll follow a similar curve IMO.
  8. Switch now. You'll continue to lose on depreciation on the 335i.

I've seen heavily worn alcantara wheels, but I've had mine for 2-3 years and it's still mint. (I am careful though to have clean hands though). You seem to have flirted with going back to OEM/stock, and then swung back full street racer?

The Storm one is a beast. The weight is crazy. I'm staying OEM, so waiting for a new ZHP to arrive...
  11. Yes, I believe @HELLBM has supply (used in my last service)
  12. You're biggest cost is when you realise depreciation.
  13. Plug in a (compatable) BT dongle in the glovebox
  14. In 2018 Auckland, where is the best alignment shop? (Pref. central Auckland).
  15. Who was the female celeb owner?
  16. ^ Having taken one of these for a hoon, I can see how that is possible. Loose car, big fan!
  17. www.minter.co.nz for Fireball products.
  18. I didn't even know that 'e' model existed. I would have the same questions about them... avoid?
  19. There are heaps of f30 335i active hybrid's for sale, and almost no standard 335i's. Why is this? No other country wants them? I assume they will come with more problems than a non hybrid, but there doesn't seem to be much information out there about them. Any feedback? Cheers.
  20. ^this. (Years ago) I have had police threaten me very harsh penalties for using these plates. Not to mention insurance companies that will try any excuse to avoid cover. Yes they are a 'rip off' - but if you bite the bullet, you have one for life and can move it to new cars. IMO they are such a massive aesthetic upgrade, people spend far more on visual mods that don't enhance the look as much as a europlate. It's $375 for a europlate.
  21. Thanks Ray - awesome day, great cars and nice to see everyone. Cheers Nick
