He's one of those characters, I try and conceive of what they'd have achieved if they'd not died so young... some musk/(Nicola)tesla/McLaren level stuff for sure.

Looks amazing, one of the coolest things I've seen in my lifetime was one of these toy with a Ducati for every lap , taking turns at taking and yielding the lead till the white flag then he put the hammer down and just wipe the f**king floor with him. This was pre everyone having internet and cellphones, so the footage never made YouTube, all the more special to me. What motivation does anyone have to crystallise memories easily revisited, but you forget to revisit...

Correct, E34 speedo's are driven by the Diff.

The old adage is ringing true for the E60's, if you couldn't afford a new one, you can't afford an old one.

I think somethings fishy with that link

My theory, banned or unregistered trader getting young adults to register under their name, and even help sell, probably get a commission or some sort, true vendor circumvents 6/year rule and remains absolved of dealer type responsibilities including the CGA, its genius.

Okay, this is getting weird, one of the cars is on Facebook being sold by 'Summer Gunn' https://m.facebook.com/groups/1721717704739380/?ref=group_header&view=group#!/groups/1721717704739380/?ref=group_header&view=group

Could be this individual trader, which would be bad as his license expired in January. http://www.motortraders.govt.nz/cms/about-searching/banner_template/MVTRSCHREG

Very strange yes, but, you're aloud to sell 6 vehicles per year without a dealers license, maybe they are just trying their hand at it, or the license is under application. One could make a nice side income selling 6 vehicles a year... if nothing goes wrong, CGA isn't your friend in this case I don't think. anyone super curious with $10 to burn could carjam KDK864 and see if that car is privately owned or dealer.

If I was looking for a small Daily I'd be all over this, awesome price, GLWS.

I concur... it occurred to me on factory wheels I might not have posted it (or would only have done so to lambaste the price)... which... is the reality here... if work is slow i might do a photoshop correction haha. -
Don't use the Book, couldn't comment.

Holy sh*t balls, so fuel consumption seems to be an average of 17.5L/100km, or $330ish/1000 (Being very conservative), and oil is another $150/1000km? $0.48/km to drive this thing without even accounting for Reg/Wof/Insurance/Tyres/Maintenance etc?! Mind Blown.

So did this used to be an Auto? It needs Cert! J.K. Trademe Muppets are great.

Bodes well for future values of E36 M3 and E34/39 M5's, E30/24/28 M's are already doing pretty well.

I'm happy it went to a loving home. -
I would be seriously concerned that the China Specials are clones, that look the same, you ship them your OEM one and they could return a Modified China Special that looks like it...
