    Most online searches will not search for any search terms with 3 characters or less, I suspect this forum is adhering to that rule. It saves a lot of load on servers and data bases, but also means we can't search for Chassis Numbers, or Model Numbers of cars here, if there is a way to permit it when Numbers are included, it will make it easier for me to find old threads about the car I bought, E34 V12, or just E34, V12, 550, 520... you name it search results come up as 0, not even an appropriate error telling me what is happened, so I'm making an educated guess here.

    Probably hasn't, the leading bidder was the person I outbid, they also purchased an alternative vehicle and asked for their bid to be removed (as did I), but I doubt the vendor wanted to let it go for the next lowest bid around the 3K mark, probably going to be a FPO in the next day or so for 3.5-3.8K

    Fairly High Chance I'm driving the E34 touring from Auckland to Christchurch this weekend, Anyone on that route want to chuck anything bulky or fragile in the boot for fuel Koha? Probably departing Sunday Arvo, will decide if I'm doing the trip Sunday AM. a.k.a. Help me feed the M70.

    Well, it's not like I need to worry about preserving the consistency of the Speedo... maybe I should just chuck a KPH on in it, can I do that without pissing off LTSA etc?

    Any tips on where to source a new face for the speedo gauge? The MPH being dominant bugs the heck out of me and gets me in trouble when I'm not paying attention... I can only seem to find white faces for some reason when I google it.

    When I bought my house I found a collection of several hundred LPs and 45's in the attic of the Garage. All bar 30 or 40 were well buggered or of no interest and went on Trademe to be sold by weight. of those that survived I've only listened to a few, the vast majority I've never heard of, lots of obscure stuff from the 70's and 80's I think, I've only listened to the main stream stuff I've heard of, loads of Bruce Springsteen and some Elton john, Bob Dylan and the like

    Interesting, should have an Alpina VIN plate though, my questions should prompt that to be uploaded or a defensive slurry. this has to be the cheapest Alpina ever if genuine.

    Do we all pitch in make it a bimmersport club car/loan car, take it to track days. "Bimmer Sport Forum Members In a Reasonably Priced E39 Motorsport." Have a lap board and all like Top Gear, old top gear; we shan't speak of that Chris Evans/Joey from friends monstrosity... should have got Leno.

    If I'd not had my rock bottom offer on a certain V12 E34 accepted I'd have been all over this. It drove really nice, smooth and quiet till you put your foot down then it's a race between the speedo needle and the edges of your mouth to get as high as possible. It has had a bucket load of money spent on it, so maybe the worst is behind it.

    Some good advice by Olaf, remember you can still speak while recording as notes for your voiceover, but if you make any vocal mistakes you won't need to worry, can fix in post, overlay the HiQuality audio, keep anything spontaneous and funny for B reel or bloopers, I've thought about somthing similar with a curse cut at the end, every swear word spoken cut and spliced and played alphabetically, it'd crack me up anyway, and kept separate from main vlogs means you won't get those videos flagged and rendered NSFW.

    An old mechanic once told me just get the car you want, every car has potential to cost money, every car will cost money, so drive the one that you like, you'll fell better spending money on it than spending on a car you don't like. Toyota Corollas can go to sh*t too if they are mistreated.
