The full fix is to add a relay under the bonnet. The start wire will switch the relay will feed sweet clean fresh 12v direct from the battery.

Vtnz inspectors are just that, inspectors .They are not mechanics and they don't have to be. . Last wof o got on my falcon they made me remove a factory fitted safety feature and replace it. They don't know what they are looking at.

I have a set of e24 calipers that should do the same job as the e12 jobbies. They will need a rebuild though. I also have a full set of e21 323 vented discs and calipers to match. Discs are brembo and the calipers are in usable condition from memory but will need to confirm this.

Yep that's the one. His son is driving it now and murry has brought him a 2002tii. The e21 is being sold to fund the rebuild on the tii. If you go look at it check the floors and the rear wheel Arches, remove the back of the rear seat to do that. Berjj sold the car as he found rust in the rear archs and lost enthusium at that point. It also needed a motor swap to the one that's in it now and he did not have the time or funds to get it back on the road. Check out the old-school thread for the photos of the areas of concern. I think he may of had new floors in from Germany to fix the floor, I don't know if they were ever fitted. I have also spoken to the guy that owns the car that the m20b23 came out of and the car was well looked after buy the sounds of it. It's now a race/road car. If you are interested I can also ask if berjj will have a chat to give you more info. It's getting to the top of the price point but they don't come up often. I have a 323 I'm going to part out soon. So all this will need is the disc rear vented front disc and a conversion to motronic using e30 bits and it will be a at full 323 spec. Give murry a call . He has a nice white 320/6 with a 323 motor running on the carb. +6421978254 He is asking 7500 for it and is keen to sell. It's been on trade me recently. Have a look at old-school.co.nz and look for berjj e21 . I have the coil overs and its now got different wheels

When the po removed the bonet he left the whole hinge assembly in the car so it's still bolted in there

Yep they are few and far between now days. I'm in papatoetoe so not to far my olds are in kura as well. yeah the colour is nice. But the only my thing left red is the engine bay I'm thinking silver .
