just make sure you leave it atleast 3 months before you put it all back together, (gives you time to remember where everything goes...)

if you are serious about drifting then you may want to be considering a motor swap so something else, ie m5x or something jap. unless you plan on drifting on ice the m20b20 motor probably wont cut the mustard, to give you a rough idea though, i rebuilt my m20b25 for $3500 a few years back, and that was with me assembling and disassembling the motor, ive been quoted about $1200 for parts to recon a gearbox. you will also need to look into getting some good suspension and an lsd and if youve got some change get the lsd rebuilt. approx $1200

you may need to pull apart the seat base and check for a heating pad, also try locating where all the wires go. im assuming that the e46 has the occupancy sensor and perhaps pre tensioner in the seatbelt stalk? so if you check the drivers one there will be some wires going to the stalk, but have a look for some that dissapear into the seat base.

by "as music cds" do you mean burning them through something like windows media player? its from a 1993 e34 so i am wondering if cdr and such are too new tech?

just tried that, no luck. it doesnt sound like the disc is spinning and pops up disc error all the time

Hey guys, i was wondering if there was any way around an old cd stacker that wont play copied cds? it plays genuine cds fine, but cdr will load the cd but no sound will come out, and cdrw and it just doesnt want to know. is it possible to burn the music in some sort of different format that will work or is it something that will require new stacker or whatever?
