Something along these lines... Haven't wired it up, just a mock up. Removed the spare wheel stay and flipped the mag over so plenty of room for the sub magnet, will line the wheel well with dense foam and possibly put a couple of ports next to the sub keeping in toe with what you guys were saying about the do's and don'ts of porting.

The current M3 will would be a nice daily/fun car, not a hell of a lot of difference performance wise either.

Ok giving this more thought, what's your guys idea on tyre well mounting, removing the wheel stay, insulating the well, making a platform for mounting the sub then port the floor? The old ladies Porsche had this done as it used to be owned by the CEO of SONY NZ and sounded great , no annoying vibration and lots of bass. Has anyone done this kind of thing? Edit: Just to add, i don't require a spare wheel as i can get an E46 M3 emergancy kit from work for cheap.

Are you linking the S50? Assume so as it'll be a right pain to get it going without the EWS, well it won't go at all.

If it is a braking problem i'd get it looked asap.

Yep, the only problem to overcome is how it's all sealed together, when it was in the normal box it went great so power wise there is no problem, will make another box soonish.

If it was then there is two, i did a bit of work on a purple 540i manual when i was in Chch, wasn't a is, had down very low KMs and very tidy. Bog stock standard.

The inclosure is now gone, will start from scratch, will try the tuning thing once i'm done The amp is an 800W powing an 800W sub so no prob there, it all came down to the inclosure difference.
