I had H&R's and Bilsteins in my E30 and it handled well... not too low but certainly got rid of the monster truck look.

HB mate, haven't seen you around here for a while... hope you're well. Chur!

Overpriced for a 318is IMO. Have seen good ones with lower K's for a lot less (manual too)
-
Nope, only mods can do that.

A BMW Dealer (like Team McMillan BMW) can order in any part for you if they don't have it. A couple of clips won't be that expensive.
-
Have you tried a BMW dealership?

^It says where to get the wheels right on the picture... felgen-garage.de Have your chequebook handy...

You only need to post your thread once mate.

Haha... looks like I started a shitstorm. Fact of the matter is, if you read the forum rules Bimmersport does not condone illegal activity. Therefore this topic shouldn't even still be open. OP illegally lowered his car, got pink-stickered and is now asking for someone to effectively bail him out "for cheap". You wonder why car enthusiasts get a bad rap in the media and with the police? Great example right here. "I know I broke the law, but c'mon it's no big deal, just help me out." And Mash - please find other ways to express yourself other than just using a string of expletives.

^ C'mon Dan... the guy knowingly ran illegally low springs in his car and now you're sympathising with his sob story? If money is so tight, then don't do things to your car that will get you a pink sticker. Oh, and don't own an E46. Gen Y: "I'll do whatever I want, but poor me when I suffer the consequences"

^Tyre shine will eventually streak and fade and will look rubbish. You need some proper trim cleaner to keep it looking black. Mother have a good product called "Naturally Black" which works really well. Car looks really good BTW. I'm a big fan of CSL reps.

Lookin' good lil' bro. Guess paying attention in 4th form woodwork paid off eh.

Hi Graeme Firstly, welcome to Bimmersport! You need to make sure your pictures are 800x600 pixels or less otherwise they won't upload to the server. Alternatively, you may link pictures from any photo-sharing site. Looking forward to seeing your new BMW. Cheers, Mark.

Grey E36 Sedan on CSL reps parked on the street a few houses down from me in Glenholme - Vegas! Had bimmersport sticker on windscreen.

Forgot to update this thread: Car was sold a couple of weeks after the Feb earthquake to a chap in Auckland who is going to continue its legacy and restore it to even more mint condition, so look out for it on a busy Auckland road near you.

^This, especially if it's a tail light sourced from a wreckers that's been sitting on a shelf for a while Make sure there is no corrosion on any contacts, lightly sand all the contacts, bit of CRC to clean them up and try again. Also make sure the bulbs seat properly on the contacts too as that can cause the OBC error to show up.

Happy Birthday mate... give your car a present and manual-ise it.

Sounds like you just need a good mid to high range laptop. Even basic laptops these days have HDMI outputs so you can plug them in to your TV setup for watching movies etc. If you don't have HDMI inputs on your TV, you can buy converters to the required plug setup. Converting to PDF simply requires a piece of software. "Open Office"(basically a free open source version of office) can convert any Office compatible document to a PDF in two clicks. All docs created in Open Office can be saved as Microsoft compatible formats as well. Likewise with an email client, you will find a suitable piece of freeware that can retrieve emails from a web-based account and store them on your computer. Honestly though, who needs it when you have Gmail? As for having a media centre, you can run software on your laptop for when it's connected to your TV, or you can buy an external media centre such as a Popcorn Hour box. These allow you to retrieve media files from your laptop via your wireless network and navigate around all the files on the network using the built-in on-screen interface. This saves you having to plug and unplug your laptop every time you want to watch a movie or play music through your home theatre.

Is it just me or does that kid have a hitler moustache? Looks awesome... but I'd like to see him try to take a bend of more than 15 degrees.

I like the new ones better... looking good. You should bag it so you can be all gangsta and raise the car up to drive over buckled roads!
