broken outside door handle mech (quite common) takes about 1-2 hrs to replace 2nd hand part $50-60 etc just make sure you get the correct type so you can swap over your key barrol

not normally in that year unless it was retro fitted in japan , will have a after market over heat light on the dash etc

no some 328i nz new i have wrecked have 80ampsmaybe yours was upgraded , or being a e34 instead of a e36

broken clips , or the door card is not fixed on properly and its forcing the surround off

all 328i are vanos. about $1000-2000 there is one on tm now same problem http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=490547494 problem is could also be a cracked head , but untill you remove it you dont know . by the time you fix it up with another engine or repair it you are looking at $2-3k worth of repairs.

what parts do you need , have some new parts for these seats , like shocks and levers etc

but his 320i is a L-jetronic injection system. and if you use a later 325i engine it will be motronic 1.3 so you will need all the parts to make it work or if you find a earlier 325i engine with motronic 1.1 then you will be need the correct flywheel and gearbox to suit the crank sensors that mount to the gearbox etc

you need to check which airbag slip ring type you have in there first. 2 plugs later type or 1 plug and a copper ring early type. i have a 3 spoke later type one if you need.

have this coupe at home 95 325i blue with about 161k on the clock cloth sport seats , 17" black alloys 2 ok tyres (taken these off now) NOW HAS 16" AZEV alloys with good tread near new tyres $2750 just replace both front and rear springs and shocks etc , so now at standard height done the rear trailing arm , bearing, rear brakes etc a few marks/small dents etc black bonnet will up date pics later looks a alot nicer now after a clean etc 021433600 in papakura

yup works out to be about 2650rpm at 100km/h in 5th gear with the 3.15 diff ratio you can change that ratio if you like up or down depending on what you want to do.

buy a cheap late model 96-98 318is sedan with them on it , swap them for std one and sell the car again. actually my brother has a green 318is sedan and he doesn't need the sport mirrors , better to replace with std ones easier for his kids to use to learn to drive with $300pr
