yes goes ok , i have one of those variable rate fuel pressure regulators , which pretty much shuts of the returning fuel rail so goes rich as the boost comes up .was planning on getting the std ecu remapped . gavin reckons he can tune it with out using that fuel reg unit , just leave the std one in place. you could probably do the same with your one. the proper ESS kits you can get come with a set of bigger injectors and a chip etc , but they all run at about 7-8psi and use intercoolers

looks like fun , my S/C set up is a bit like that , will bog down etc . and no much power difference untill the revs come up. runs at about 4pounds its running lean, then when boost gets up it goes super rich , i have one of those varible fuel pressure regs hooked up to it (vortech brand) , but i think it might be a bit crude. one day i will get it tuned up properly. build details here http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=35844

some info here http://www.valeoclutches.com/Products/Clut...version+Kits/45 http://www.jbracing.com/flywheel-bmw6.php http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-...n-481770240.htm go solid , just have to choose how heavy you want it . i have a 6.5kg solid steel m20type one in my e36 328i and its fine , gearbox rattles a bit at idle , more so when it idles lower when a/c is on etc. but if idle speed was more like 750-800 its ok i have a 5.9kg jb racing ali one in my e34 544i v8 and a 7.5kg steel one in my e28 with m5 engine all boxes chatter a little but thats just how it is. have just done a e36 325i with a new beefier clutch and a 9.25kg solid m43 flywheel and its fine but you can buy steel after market ones that weigh more like 10kg etc instead of 12.5kg to18kg etc

$25 for the thermo switch$90 for the e34 pusher fan
-
you can use factory bmw parts to make all this work properly i would use a e34 type front aux (a/c) electric fan they move much more air than most after market types and have 2 speeds then use a thermo temp switch (screws into the side of the radiator factory sensor place) off a early e36 318ti or 318is 318i that only uses a electric coolingt fan they switch in at 80deg C and 88dg C so you can use that to switch the 2 speeds. Part number: 61 31 8 361 787 have some if needed
