my mate has this set up was in his e28 535i triple 40's with manifolds , fuel pump and reg $1100ono engine pic shows different manifolds(not included) can also be fitted to m10 engines like early e30 318i and 2002 etc send pm

yes most nz new cars have 80amp instead of the 140amp that the jap imports havehave one if needed 021433600

330k first picture shows the cluster , still drives really well.motor and gearbox are sweet also have another one nz new 95 with 230k boston green 5spd with tan/brown leather, air bags , non sunroof model with seude headlinning ,16" m-pars etc paint and front seats not as good , but similier spec car $4k for that one come and check them out in papakura 021433600

lools like it will be the cam cover gasket and maybe front cover gaskets etc .best thing to do is clean it all down with some degreaser then watch where is comes out of . oil will always travel down and back in a engine bay

most have the double sunroof setup which aren't working or leak when parked on a hill etc that one in levin has a non working sunroof. e39 wagons are getting cheap now , lots of high k's one now around $4-7k but all seam to need lotsof little thing doing. e34 vanos 525i with leather , non sunroof , auto then convert to manual and while you are at it drop in a e36 328i engine

have this nice 93 325i 5spd nz new coupe in metalic laguna green . with black leather sport seats , deluxe leather padded door cards. done highish k's but goes well. just replaced the flywheel and clutch with new lighter flywheel and stronger clutch. 16" BBS alloys with good 225/50 tyres new wof engine and gearbox run well. new oil and filter hoodlinning needs to be recovering 2 way sunroof. mtec 2 steering wheel sports gearknob jvc cd player paint in ok condition with the odd mark or scratch etc. drives really nice. $3500 quick sale before it goes to trade me. 021433600 in papakura thanks brent http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/cars/bmw/a...n-493154574.htm

do it thats cheap horse power , think of how much you would have to spend on a NA engine to get half as much extra power from it go on do it then i might change my mind about yellow cars

yes goes ok , i have one of those variable rate fuel pressure regulators , which pretty much shuts of the returning fuel rail so goes rich as the boost comes up .was planning on getting the std ecu remapped . gavin reckons he can tune it with out using that fuel reg unit , just leave the std one in place. you could probably do the same with your one. the proper ESS kits you can get come with a set of bigger injectors and a chip etc , but they all run at about 7-8psi and use intercoolers

hi , i have a mate with a set of 40's with manifolds etc where reco'd etc. you could resleve them with bigger throats etc. they where on a m30 535i engine 021433600

looks like fun , my S/C set up is a bit like that , will bog down etc . and no much power difference untill the revs come up. runs at about 4pounds its running lean, then when boost gets up it goes super rich , i have one of those varible fuel pressure regs hooked up to it (vortech brand) , but i think it might be a bit crude. one day i will get it tuned up properly. build details here http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=35844

prob a bit dare most basic 16" from e38 e39 e34 e32 etc go for $400 with good tyres and less if not . see quite a few sets sell for $200-300
