Is This Where The E30 Market Is Now..?

more like 1988 Rust Bucket, comes with a free cup holder and bbs reps -
I think it has something to do with the curvature of the sidewall profile in relation to the width of the tyre and the rim. for example if the width of a tyre is wide but the rim is narrower you get a sidewall shape that is greater at the tyre tread than it is at the mounting point on the rim. whereas if you have a taller sidewall profile, you allow for the sidewall to bulge and curve evenly so its more balanced (if that makes sense) red - 235 45 blue - 235 40
-
Im surprised the tyre shop allowed the fitting of non regulation size tyre on the rim.

you're running these wheels right? http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/269 in which case its a 7.5" front so the 235 will look very "bulgy" NZTA tyre/wheel size guide screenshot:

Currently Im running 225 40 18 & 255 35 18 on 7.5" & 8.5" (style 261, 135i wheels) it totally depends on the wheel widths! fronts if staggered are usually 7.5" --> 215/225 or 8" --> 225/235 with 40 profile rears usually 8ā ā> 245 or 8.5" --> 255 or 9" --> 265 with 35 profile I have also run 235 40 18 square on 18x8.5 wheels which seems fine.

once you 130i, you cant stop.
-
Best 130i deal ive seen recently. Bargain imo at $8k facelift with 135 front bumper and Advan wheels 123k kms

nice, good call on the F10. they can be great modern cars for less money than the equivalent f30.
-
Pretty sure this is sold
-
I think M50b25 engines are easy ish to find but a manual box is not as easy. If you can find one cheap and shipping isnt a killer then might not be a bad idea.
-
Two very different cars. The 330ci will get u maybe 8-10km/l whereas the 116 will be more like 12-13km/l. Both great cars nevertheless. what u really need is a 130i š

I kind of know the owner. If u want contact lemme know
