Dash? The only car side thing you will have to change is the guage cluster, unless you can get a 6cylinder codier plug. Just get the guage cluster out, its a 2 min job swapping them over, and if your worried about k's its pretty easy to wind em back Think about it, your M40 loom will have 4 fuel injectors, your M20 will need 6, so just buy an M20 loom When you buy the engine make sure you get the engine side loom, one thing the will save you heaps of time is that if the connection from engine to carside loom is a circle the whole swap will be plug and play, make sure you get engine mounts aswell. Also radiators might be different, might want to keep an eye out for that you will need the driveshaft also.

yea, the same as the M3 This is the dent im talking about. the reason for a bolt being there is the guy who took the pic was about to pull the dent out.

For the Z3 bmw put a flat dent in the number 6 header so that it would clear the chassis rail. Does that answer your question? edit- im not 100% sure if its the #6 but on one of the curls there is a flat dent.

are these the cast Iron headers or curly ones?

I always notice drivers weaving all over the North Western motorway when I’m there, tend to be the older people that are going 70-80km and constantly indicate to swap lanes then decide not to, then out of nowhere swerve into lane adjacent.

what a tool, should of spent the money on a engine conversion.

do the E36 325i's use the same parts for the swap as a e34 525i with the M50?

how sad, its going to drive the price of spare parts up, then again its going to take demand for them down, so effectively make the remaining cars worth more?

why cant you set up a company then just import german plates or do they have to be the same font that platesNZ use? maybe germanplates.com could do a special run for NZ if there was enough orders. hmmmmmm edit- Do plates.co.nz even make the plates, or once an order is made do they submit a request LTNZ?
