my ex's family had one, i was impressed with its speed etc but yep handling my E30 at the time was better. was a manual twin turbo iirc

Kia have come one hell of a long way! I remember driving around in a mid 90s Kia when i was in the USA in early 2000s (i wasn't driving lol, too young) but remember all the swear words etc!! But they are bloody nice cars now! By the way, if anyone is looking or family looking etc at buying a new Kia, PM Kerry BMpower, he will be able to sort you out NZ Wide http://bimmersport.co.nz/user/1740-bmpower/

Okay have spent last hour or so getting all ducks in a row, think I am up to date. Those that PMd me, i messaged some of you back, some of you i didn't, but you should all see your orders and current status on the first post of this thread. If there are any issues you can see, please let me know, including if you want spaces between your letters and numbers or not. I recommend that you don't, most that I have seen with the space would be better without Also, those that said you were keen, have also messaged you, if you can PM me back, maybe even if you don't want them, would be good. I do also recommend getting the frames for those of you that haven't ordered them. usually get 3 or 4 people wanting them after its all over and they get their plates and realise they don't want to drill their nice new plates. Up to you guys!!! Cheers Guys Andy

cool, if someone beats me to it etc thats sweet

woohoo E31 time!
-
notice that all four apart from the subaru started off already half way up the ramp stationary, the subaru was already moving. not ragging on subaru though. Haven't had one, but they are cool cars. I'm surprised i haven't owned one already really
-
isn't S70 what powers the CSi already?
-
is the exhaust from E30 325i? looking likely i am heading to New Plymouth this weekend, will let you know if i make it and i will come grab it. hopefully fits in my van!
-
you will want M20 ones as the cab is heavier and needs the higher spring rates. It is not advised to put 318i springs in. All catalogues specifically say this. All cabs run the bigger 51mm struts and suspension like 325i sedan and coupe, regardless of being a 318i. Yes they bolt it, but not ideal, may cause handling issues etc

Munroe are good at doing their Commercial and 4x4 stuff etc, but not much good for road cars
-
Where are you? (Can't see full profile on my phone) If in Wellington, PM Flake
-
You will need to use a different box most likely anyways. But I do have a compact here you can have for a song. Calypso red, reasonably tidy, but fallen out the system so no plates
-
haha there are a few quick compacts on here now! dunno. as much as i don't really like the shape etc a nuggety little track weapon appeals lol
-
apparently it has had the EWS system recoded etc etc so may prove hard unless i import an E30 M42 DME, which i don't even know if it would work. also dereg too. racecar??? its already painted Calypsot red like the rest of my fleet lol has been sitting at my neighbours down at work, which they moved out and we took over the lease, and they left it there with some other stuff etc. said we could have whats there.
-
sweet cheers! picked it up today. Another one to add to the pile of don't know what to do with them haha Aparently EWS issues, but interior and engine has all been pulled apart chasing it by someone that doesn't know what they are doing, but seems to be all there!? but was virtually given it so can't say no. getting quite the reputation lol Edit: chassis is AL10854

there are plenty of DIYs on the net, kinda common with the sport seats
-

Hey guys! I know some of the basic stuff you can obviously see, like the rear suspension is more like E30 etc compared to normal E36, dashboard different etc Am interested to know what the front panels/bumper/bonnet/lights etc are cross compatible with, are they E36 Ti specific, or same as coupe etc? What about doors? Wikipedia suggests they are the same from the A pillar forward as a sedan, but then other sources disagree etc Cheers! Edit: not sure what year this car is, but has airbag and EWS so probably a later one
