that cannot be running right?????

they are pressed aluminium with thermally applied paint, the same as your current government plates. The german D or the white on black like you requested earlier are the same. the only ones that are different are the NZ ones they have stickers applied for the fern and southern cross, but the words are still thermally painted like the rest of them. I apply the stickers myself here in NZ now, i just get him to send them over without the stickers, as i wasnt happy with the quality of the first few batches way back in 2010 or so when i started doing these Bimmersport buys. Havent had any problems with the stickers so far, and they do survive the wind and rain and plenty of good scrubbings in a weekly carwash, and should you (or anyone else reading this) have any problems now from a previous buy, or going forward, shoot me a message, because i have plenty of spare stickers here ready to go here is a video of some of the German D type ones getting made (excuse ze German under grawnd muzixx)

im using ebaich springs with bilstein sport shocks in my vert, its a about the same in the front as yours, but a bit lower in the back, but then the cabs are a wee bit heavier than the sedans. after years of research, i bring to you this fact: unless you go coilovers, or do something stupid like cut coils/heated springs, the lowest spring that is still of a good quality that you can get are H&R cup springs. These must be matched with either the matching H&R shock that comes as part of the cup kit, or another sport shock. OEM boge shocks, or other OEM length shocks are too long, and they wont be captive. I have had heaps of setups over the years in various E30s (tho have never used Koni), and have found the best setup I have had has been the H&R cup springs with Bilstein Sport shocks. throw the H&R shocks that come with the cup kit in the bin, for a "matched" shock, you can still do better. Note: Jamex or similar may get you lower, but whats the point if the car drives like a sack of sh*t because thier spring rates are so soft, thats how they get your car lower. hope that helps

i dont really get into sharing my women, but hey whatever pulls your rip cord eh. My name here has been Ethrty (E30) Andy for almost my whole stay here. ETHRTY is the number plate on one of my E30s. I could say all sorts of things about E36s but i better not make anyone have to admit what they already know lol.

got a 4.45 here in wellington, how would you like me to get it to you?
-
offo other specs are ok if the centerbore is right but offset totally wrong, anything in the range of +10 to +35 with that wheel width will work, though as you are at either end of that tyre choice may become critical. stick to around 20-25 if possible and you will be fine. i dont recommend it, and you will need to certify it, but if you heart is set on those FWD rims, then you could run some 20 or 25mm BOLT ON spacers to get the offset a bit better.

because new zealanders cant drive for sh*t. have always said Aucklanders are the worst, but since the start of this year, the driving in wellington has become absolutely shocking. And yes im on the road a LOT

Bugger! I wish sellers were honest when they sold thier cars they know is just about to break etc.
-
maybe someone with a prefacelift can post a picture of the resistor pack type they use, maybe there is space for that in there? Im convinced your car has a prefacelift heaterbox in it, but without having seen a prefacelift like that, i couldnt say for sure.
-
they are fiberglass, they are always going to break sooner or later. If your car is really low, might be economically better for you to buy a genuine plastic one, at least they bend etc But as long as its only you that drives the car, and you use your brain when driving eg, going up and more importantly down curbs on an angle, dont drive all the way forward in a carpark with those beams on the ground etc, you will be fine. I have never knocked my second one off.

if you mean the europlates then yes i still get them in. but never heard of or seen the new thin ones being copied yet

you arent wrong. But meanwhile i have two businesses to support, and TradeMe is where the customers are. Lost sales by listing exclusively on Wheedle etc are a LOT more than the cost of TradeMe fees... and TradeMe know it
-
What sports car do you drive if you cant drive and have too much money to drive a lowly Ferarri. they certainly arent the thinking mans (or womans ;P ) sports car
-
Im surprised you got a result out of the TradeMe staff. I have endless battles with them, and I'm spending at least 1k a month with them. they know how to charge, i guess thats no competition for you. But i shouldnt complain, im not game to try Wheedle or whatever the f**k, seriously who uses anything other than TradeMe.

yep, im on my second "Hans lip" now. the first one fitted perfectly except for having to trim the tabs to make it fit second one needed a wee bit more work, but is on there tighter now. But for the price, yeah. Big ups to Hans. i got one off him either start of this year or right at end of last year so think he is still pumping them out would post his number but he is a trucky, works odd hours, so best just to message him and wait for reply http://bimmersport.co.nz/user/3075-bmrmad/
