    Dad's E30

I reckon the checkered interiors wear better, my E34 has non check blue and it's ripped too, it has a pimp blue dash also. I have no idea where dad is right now, his E30 isn't here either I assume he's tackling some B-Roads...

    Dad's E30

So I finally convinced my dad that BMW's awesome and he should buy one... After searching for a little he found this NZ New P/FL 320i Manual. Crack Free dash, Full tool kit... no rips in the seats.. Today we swapped off the ill-fitting wheels... they were actually rubbing on the struts, weren't even hubcentric... and the tyres were a good 1" shorter than correct 195/65/14" Put my spare 14" weaves on it, as it's already lowered looks pretty sweet. Just need to remove the shitey muffler and fix a dint in the guard... and clean that dirty interior...
  5. Dad picked up his E30 Today.... Interior is flawless, dirty because we have sh*t weather and mud ect... but no rips, no cracks... everything there... Just needs it's big gay wheels removed and shitty exhaust replaced... (getting 14" weaves and a stock exhaust)
  6. I've seen plenty of fairly late model Japanese cars doing this too... Must be that technology thing...
  7. Nah, It's local. Will see when he gets it, he reckons it's got no rips in the interior, and a crack free dash!
  8. Yeah I'm told they are about $300 each. I didn't get a choice, they just came basically new on a set of wheels I bought. those look sweet, nice car!
  9. The bad-assed carphone actually.
  10. mmm Me likey E36 coupes... Found out dad is buying a tidier E30 than mine....
  11. I have GT Radial HRX 245/40/18 all round... I always though GT Radials were crap, but they seem fine. I have a less powerful E34 though.

    Google Nexus 4

not to mention the SGS3 feels like it's going to fall apart.. :0 I really don't like AMOLED displays though.
  13. I have McAfee, Norton, AVG, Avast, Aaaaaannnddd Zone Alarm!
  14. I might bullshit the prick and say I'll come and pull the engine out.
  15. Oh it's that prick. Where's HT? He bought a set of wheels from him... He sent me the money, got it in my bank acc waiting for an address for me to go get them... eventually found out that they were not even in Palmerston... had to bank him the cash back... then it took another week or two for him to be able to go and get them. wasted his time through and through. Just another useless f**k who doesn't know a thing. It turned out the car wasn't in Palmerston... it was in Waimate. If i'm wrong, let me know I'll take the 50km trip to Palmerston to kick him in the balls.
  16. http://hellafunctional.com/?p=629 Here in New Zealand it's not REALLY that cold... it's unlikely to freeze if you just use tap water... but then you'll end up with something worse than a frozen radiator. I use 30% myself... If you're concerned about boiling points of water... an M20 E30 pressure cap is 1.3bar a later BMW has a 2.0bar cap.
  17. I doubt you'd break it unless you like to do skids every day,... it would probably be a crap ratio especially if the car is automatic standard and you are changing to manual.
  18. Hai dur. If you need a hand I'm always keen to get my hands dirty!
  19. Would anyone know what you could replace that with? I'm re-rust proofing areas I can get my hands on whilst my Engine is out. Though mine is coated in a lovely layer of M20 sieive oil leaking so it actually hasn't got any rust....
  20. I don't think that the white one being most likely from Japan (has KM/L Economy Meter) warrants the extra $21,000 Price tag.
  21. Yeah they just glue onto the windscreen... I put trim tape on dad's escort's mirror and it's STILL there.
  22. My E34 can tow 1600kg according to the manual. Make sure you drive it faster than city speeds - the elusive shimmy can cost a bit to fix.
  23. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-549395526.htm Way lower k's slightly older... but... 6k.
