  1. You have to surrender them, they send you a bag when your new plates arrive. Even if you upgrade your standard plates to Euro plates you have to send the old ones back.
  2. This is why I try go to the supermarket after work, so I'm still in my work vehicle..
  3. If you wanted to make an M50 turbo you'd have to find an autobox that easily works.... you'd need it's original gearbox(easier to manual convert than wire in an extra e30's worth of sh*t) the ZF4HP22 can handle boost, but again why, it'd be dumb.
  4. Probably a Vaccum leak, get it scanned ect
  5. I was 13 and thought BMW's were unreliable wankers cars because that's what the kiwi attitude is.
  6. Where are you located? Dad is looking at selling his PFL 320i, Manual NZ New, hand cranked everything, crack-free dash, 14" weaves ect.
  7. I just bought a 944 booster, was looking into E32 - but someone put one up for saleh here, so jumped on it.
  8. Probably has drums being PFL and NZ New. 320i's generally have a small case diff.
  9. my FL 320i had a twin pipe exhaust, bolted up to the m20b25 I put in.
  10. fkn dreamers wanting realistic money for an awesome car! lololol such bundy.
  11. Gangsta. E65 do want.
  12. 944 Booster? Girling or ATE? Keen though.
  13. The old Burnside Freezers are pretty funny to wander round, they're in use with a car wrecker, so it's full of cars.. but heaps of the old warning signs/eyewash stations/big metal doors are still remaining.

C'mon, i'll literally take anything better than $2,000.
  15. I'm confused... is the hose damaged still? sometimes they only generate enough pressure at operating temprature to push out a small cut in the hose. if it has overheated, the engine may be damaged, but if you say it runs fine with no mixing of coolants, and you've already bought it you should just replace the hose and, see how it goes from there. if the valvecover doesn't leak don't worry about it. you can tell the cover is warped and not the head.
  16. Is that seriously a bus bar under the bonnet there? I hope that's fused. I know, i'm a wanker, but I'd rather point it out before your car catches fire.
  17. 35w hid's into a halogen projector housing isn't really that bright to be honest. It is a nice colour though, a patchy colour, since the bulbs have a different light pattern to halogen. To me, it's not unsafe, you get better bang for buck out of cheap HID's than expensive halogen bulbs, which is why I use them. However, if you put proper HID Projectors in, they will be one hell of alot better than using halogen ones, due to the fact the reflectors are shaped correctly. It's illegal because if you stick HID's into a reflector you will get all of the glare ever. still, ever seen those factory HID's on Jap imports from 2000's? Horrible.

Oh? I use those to jumpstart other people... I've never had an issue with batteries or starting.
  19. TBH, most of the people that will be having car issues, probably just had cars that were f**ked in general in the first place.

  22. Perhaps we need to create our own guides if there's any specific to rhd cars.. like modification of headers, what headers fit m5x swaps, how to do the RHD part of an E36 rack swap. ect.
  23. Awesome work. I usually find E46 Coupes to look weird, but this looks tits!
