Morale at work is at an all time low. Ozzie overlords cancelled our usual Christmas dinner events(for the first time in 40 years) and told us not to hold the Christmas BBQ. No bonuses either. yee pee kay yay

Well ... Well ... Oil Well ... anyone got one I can buy?
lord_jagganath replied to KiwiTT's topic in General Discussion
Nah, must have the foot firmly flat on the loud pedal. -
Ep3 was great, but one can't help but feel that the three have been scripted to be caricatures, rather than multifaceted. nitpicking, sure. but feel it's only fair to be critical.

I don't know, the American is grating. the track is meagre, I felt they lost the plot with the Edge of Tomorrow sequence

I'd take a manual as a daily in a place where the daily commute does not involve inching through traffic, unless you do enjoy left leg calisthenics. as for premium, willing buyer permits.

Is there any way to invert the colours in our settings? White on black was easy on the eyes for some reason.

I thought the M135i had the boggo N54. the 1M had some black magic breathed upon it.

Looking at tyres, thinking Mich PS3 (17")
lord_jagganath replied to Michael.'s topic in Wheels & Tyres
Have PS3s on the CC, love them, even if the car is FWD. Grip levels are great and sound levels are good too. Highly recommended, but they are a bit pricey at the moment for me. I may be getting Momo Outrun M3s in the near future, Skyline drivers swear by them. -
^ but we are told Auckland is the best place in the world to be! we can't be lied to! :3

I have gone with the high mileage car. depending on the wear of the interior too. butts don't lie. I have caused more wear to the leather driver's seat of my '11 VW in the past 12k kms than the previous owner did in previous 145k kms. the newer car would be able to withstand more kms too (newer softer rubber in compression vs older harder rubber etc) it really is a mixed bag, so you can't say that one would be definitely better than the other.

Maybe the judge didn't appreciate being told such a barefaced lie. judgements are heavily biased based on human emotions on the day of sentencing. /captain obvious speech.

coming from a supplier/manufacturer, we don't stock too many parts because we are beholden to the accountants. NZ overheads are higher due to local costs, which translates to necessarily high margins. there is no way we can compete directly for identical products, By no means this is to defend anyone, the reality remains that the NZ market is NOT large enough to rely on quantity of sales, and would be better if we had an online presence too. Frankly, Internet sales is possibly the way these companies have to go.\, or suffer the consequences.

but it is the right colour!
