  1. Just looked at the order again, it's $1400. They are big boxes in size ( 600 x 600 ), but the weight isn't huge. And for clarity sake, I don't actually arrange the freight, the suppliers do. But unless I i'm thinking about a different size pallet, $1500 seems reasonable?
  2. $1500 seems pretty good to me. I get a butt load of stuff sent to NZ as part of my job. I just got a price to air freight a few boxes from Italy, that couldn't weigh more than 5kgs collectively, and it was closer to $2000.
  3. Not tooooo sure i'd mention in a for sale ad, the cars drifting prowess. Wifes car and all that.
  4. We are going to be looking in the new year for a Touring. I much prefer the look of the E46 over the E90 series, but are there any major reasons which would lend themselves to ignoring the looks and going for the E91 over the E46? Ignoring the price jump. Are the engines that much improved ( would be looking from 2.0l -2.8l )? Not really fussed on any interior enhancements ( iDrive ) etc.
  5. This is the exact car i'm going to be looking for early next year for the GF, once she goes back to work. Good luck with the sale, you should post some interior shots too.
  6. EVO233 in Newmarket. Stunning.
  7. My dad was in discussions with the B&H team to buy Longhursts car! John Sax has only just recently rebuilt the Group N car hasn't he?
  8. And long may it continue to get stupider!
  9. They wanted $85k from memory only a couple of years ago, same owners too I think. And I didn't see my dads name listed under the "Top Drivers" that have raced it. Insulting!
  10. I'm now with Protecta, and i'm not sure what age their Classic insurance starts at, but my '88 didn't meet the criteria, but because they had apparently made a mistake and had accepted coverage ( temporary until all forms were signed etc ), they made the exception to cover it.
  11. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=999179716765188&fref=nf edit: yes yes, there is a spelling mistake in the title.
  12. Didn't think it would hang around for long. This E34 M5 or the E24 B10 that was for sale...?
  13. Don't attempt to apply logic to car values...
  14. Original as raced? Multiple Millions.
  15. Someone on here is going to be paying a little bit of attention to that auction...
  16. Vic Lee had 3 cars ( Soper, Bellm and Harvey ). From memory, the car that "won" the championship was actually Sopers car, which Harvey drove at the final round due to damage to his own car. And I think it is that chassis which is now in NZ?
  17. So legit. This spec Sierra and a JPS Spec M3 and I could call it a day.
  18. Indeed. And no, not a "story". Pretty well documented, and the team owner spent time in prison for it. Smuggling cocaine back from Europe inside the team transporters and inside equipment. Air bottles iirc? Regardless, a championship winning car, gotta be worth a pretty penny.
  19. That car has gotta be worth $300k?
  20. Wow, didn't realise that Harvey car was in NZ.
