  1. Have neutons on the work car, balance up fine. Guy Must be poor at balancing tyres
  2. Ive got the correct 2.96 rear diff I brought for my conversion but since it's a getrag not a zf with the auto diff is still 1:1 in Fifth so no longer needed. And also recommend redline d4 ATF.
  3. Got touring2.0 complete and running and driving after manual conversion. Shifter is nice after replacing all the bushes, drives really nice too but isn't quite running right. Has been sitting for probably two years before it moved today. Struggled to start initially but after some fresh fuel she came right. Ran like poos first time out, noisey lifters, but they quitened up after a few mins. Still ran sh*t tho, missing, smelling like fuel. Checked plugs and, Uhhh, not pretty. After a very good clean up and re gap she ran a lot better but is still hesitant low down and bogging under load. Unsure if conversion related or not as still have auto ecu plugged in and trans fault light on the dash. But from what I've read that's how a lot of guys do it and just take the dash light lamp out. Will do some research and probably get it plugged in for an assessment next week
  4. Got the manual box in the touring with the 4 cylinder shifter. Doesn't seem too bad in it's position. Might just leave it as is.
  5. Came round for a hoon yesterday, awesome!!!
  6. Installed some of the goodies I got this week on the touring. Replaced shifter bushes, rear badge, went to do bonnet struts but they're the longer coupe ones it would seem. Fitted new clutch line, didn't quite fit master cylinder so had to modify it abit. Went to fit the line to the resivour and noticed it's missing the top cap thing so need a new one now, ughhh. Fitted spigot bearing, flywheel and clutch. Went to fit new guibo to gearbox but was too big as it would seem it's out of a 318, which means the shifter rod will be too long so need to get the shortened.
  7. Thought that was just typical Toyota build quality?
  8. I've used a combo of builders glue, urethane, and a hot glue gun which holds it all together straight away to keep everything sitting tight while the other two go off. Has worked great so far on the top mounting piece of the door card on the m3 so far
  9. That sucks dude! I would go to the cops about it, more so that they can see what's been happening in the area and the guy is probably known to police. And remember it's not just a simple theift, it's breaking and entering, and pretty ballzy what he did! What would of happened if you were down stairs at the time or the missus or who ever? Could of been shanked or anything, you wouldn't know how they'd react. Could also do some door knocking around the area to alert your neighbours of what has happened and go to the guys house as well and see what reaction you get. And say you do go to the cops, get the shoes back, and is a retaliation, you know who's door they're going to knock on first! Also, some cheap wireless recording cameras available these days if you worried

  13. Was in Oz a few weeks ago and they have this channel on foxtel. Were some not bad shows. Spent a few hours watching it instead of going clothes shopping. Think I made the right choice!
  14. Wow! This thing is amazing! So much want!
  15. Put the M3s rear bumper on, no more towbar yay!!! Found a few issues with the 328 coupe could be fun. And fitted the new glove box and rest of interior on touring 2.0 and wired up the neutral/park safety switch so it'll start and a new lead to the reverse lights. And sorted a pressure plate and clutch! Cheers Greg
  16. That would of been cool! Yea the guys said getting in and out was a pain too
  17. Went to pull n pay to get the non towbar rear bumper mounts for the m3, and noticed they had a new e36 in which had a mint, non saggy glovebox. Score!!!
