  1. Had a bit of spare time the last few nights so almost have another one ready, just needs another good going over with the polishing cone and then a hand buff to finish it off. Halfway there! And now these have shown up to go behind them
  2. How often do you do them and what sort of price roughly
  3. Parts all arrived today!! Was better than Christmas!!!! Many thanks to Kendrick who organised the whole thing and was super easy to deal with! Brakes look huuugggee!!!
  4. Heard the 5 speeds are stronger than the 6's in the e36 so would go for a 5 if your going down the turbo route
  5. Welcome! I'm sure you'll find out plenty of info on the e90 here and bringing the option of track days makes for a good opening statement! Pity I'm in Dunedin. With no track could make a day of it with other members tho...
  6. Looks great in black! Glws
  7. But they're 17s that I tried. So in theory they should of fit since offset doesn't matter?
  8. That's funny, why did the spokes on my 17x8 et38 wheels off my 328i hit the brakes on the m3 then?
  9. Wrong way round, you wanna run a lower offset to clear brakes and struts. generally wanna run between 30-40 but all depends on setup and how much guard work you wanna do to go lower
  10. Howed you go about international shipping?
  11. Replaced the occupancy sensor in the passenger seat in the e46 tonight. That was fun! Found a new use for circlip pliers to undo the hog rings Old one out, New one in ready for cover to be tied back in with good old cable ties!
  12. Replaced the drivers side mirror glass from the spare set of mirrors I have as it had a weird mark behind it and turns out it wasn't a factory one but just a cheap smith n smith like replacement so the explains why it wasn't tinted blue. Also when I pulled it off it only had one of the two wires behind it for the heated element in the glass so had to solder in a new one so the replacement lens would be heated. Also went through my vanos repair kit to make sure I had everything there which I did so should get that done soon
  13. Wasn't the one I was thinking of. Was a blue one with a 2.8 as a s50 replacement was too much at the time.
  14. Got a sca- super cheap 3ton and is good as. Gets car nice and high, and controllable when going down, doesn't just drop like others. Very sturdy, rather heavy. Good price too. Have had for about 4 years. Also if you're a sca club member doesn't matter if it's not on special as you'll be reimbursed the difference when it is.

Nah, an old mechanics secret...said not to tell everyone tho
  17. Had the "sealed for life" auto in the e46 serviced today with new fluid and filter, engine sump leak fixed and new oil level sensor fitted. And when doing that the guys noticed the power steer hose is leaking at the crimp. Great. Now just need a replacement for that, fit passenger seat airbag sensor, wheel alignment then good as new

Yea I'd say the secondary jet is blocked. My ute was doing the opposite a few months ago as main jet was partially blocked so would piss around when on part throttle but full was fine. Can Show you the "Maori" way to clean it out haha
  19. Nice, tidy as black pfl e30 320i and Tyler's (pldubs) old e36
  20. Yea got mine from the stealer, but then broke pretty much all of them getting the trim back on so just uterathaned them on haha
