Welcome Conner, nice looking e30 you've got yourself. Already has a Is front lip I see, nice bonus. My old e30 had one, then one day it was gone should of screwed it on...

Sounds like a load to me, I had my battery disconnected for about a month in my touring and still kept current odometer reading, no tamper light though. and also the about the high reading temp gauge being " that's normal for this type of car" seems abit sus, neither of my e36's have been over half way, I'd say it's due for a cooling system overhaul

Nice pics, Good use of the neighbors fence! Looks like an absolute minter.( the car, not the fence ) Wheels and lowering a tad is a good start, next would have to be a manual conversion, Thatl transfom it

Wish I was there -
Did you make sure you had all the air locks out the coolant system when you refilled it? May of overheated it without realizing it. Having the oil overfilled may have caused too much pressure in the crankcase and blown a hose off?

That guy is freaking crazy!!! Nice to see an e34 doing a wicked skid though

I had 235 and 255/40's on my 328i when I got it but then went to 245's all round as they were cheaper. The 235's were nexens and the 255's maxxis. The 255's were about 300 each and 235's were about 350-400 as were an uncommon size. Were pretty good tyres, still do a good skid in the wet though...

I take it your talking about the rear rubber bushings on the lower control arms? I got mine from BnT for about 60 for the pair and had them pressed in by my workmate. As for shock mounts try Miland, appears they have them on special http://www.milland.co.nz/special-offers.php. Wil most Likely have bushes aswell

Spent the last two days giving the 328i a spruce up. Has been claybarred, polished, waxed, vacuumed, leather moisturized, windows cleaned, wheels removed and hubs and wheel bolts cleaned and coated in anti-seize/ rust protection grease, noticed the lips of the guards are starting to rust from being rolled as well as inner guard where tyres had rubbed so stripped right back, coated in rust kill paint then a few coats of underseal. Saw the dust covers for the rear struts had slipped off so cable tied them back up so they won't come off again. Now I just need to get some touch up paint to finish up the rear guards and do afew stone chips then she'l be looking amazing again! And maybe ready to sell... The thought of an m3 in ether e30 or 46 are tempting...
