Haha saw that lastnight and was wondering when I'd see a mention about it in here. I don't like to admit it but I have had not one but two sets of these wheels luckily they were already on both cars that were just a fix and sell on so that doesn't make me a bad person right?...right?
-
Bahahahaha that's gold! The Richard Till one is pretty good aswell
-
That's shithouse they didn't come to the party. Might have to find another brand to use next time if these fail then
-
Tyre insurance you say? Who does that? I had the same problem on my maxxis 255/45/17s on the rear and changed to 245/45 re002's so I hope it doesn't happen again because as you said, they are not cheap to replace

A new factory front end and a normal paint job it would be a pretty good car....

Should be alright. Make sure u use some crc on it first tho

Had the same problem on the missusses car. I had a screw remover kit thats like a drill bit but works in reverse and drills out part of the screw head untill it locks in and removes it. The warehouse sells them for like 20 buks in the as seen on tv stand

Maybe that's my problem aswell. I only get about 350-400km around town in the 328i and expecting 500km from the 318i as it's at 1/4 left and done 400km so far. Might need to book them into the stealer...

What about a low km e36 325/328 for yourself? As youl know from the 528 you had they have good power and torque for passing, hills etc and the motors just ticking along when at 100km. I was amazed at mine from town driving to open road. Towns about 400km a tank and managed about 700-800km on a trip from Hokitika to chch, bit of city driving then to Dunedin with 3 people and a boot of bags etc and there's some pretty big hills to climb and very twisty Speed up/slow down parts through arthers pass and I was having abit of fun so could of been abit better. And they are usually well spec'd too so a nice place to be and pretty cheap to maintain.

Good to see it's Working as a pussy magnet for you already ( see sig. Pic)

All depends how low you want to go and what tyre size you run. I've got 18x8 with 215/35s style 32s at et20 on my touring at the mo With superlows and have had no issuses. Admittedly i only put them on yesterday and they sit just out the guard and had 18x8.5s with 225/40's at et15 on the front of my sedan with no real issues apart front them hanging out the guards abit more . If only you had 18s then I'd been keen to swap two to make a staggered set

lowered and wheeled the touring today. needs abit more of a drop in the front i think. il wait till they settle in first tho and go from there. heres afew picks of the sedan aswell since i havnt put anything up yet. also tried the 18x8.5 and 9.5s et15 off my ute on it too for sh*ts and giggles. mite run them on the touring for abit. see how things go photos wouldnt load so click here

Cheers Brent. Will take a look tomorrow

In my e36s One has the digital heater control and the other has the manual knobs, and I've noticed the manual ones fan blows alot stronger then the digital one. Is this the norm or could I have a blocked mircofilter or a faulty unit. Cheers

I don't see why you couldn't, your still putting a charge into the system. I charged my mates 07' commodore the same way and worked fine

Oh My God! Thats freakin amazing! -
Doesn't look too bad. Reckon it needs to have the front lowered a wee bit to close that gap. Abit of rake looks good on a touring Also, any luck with a drivers side skirt? Cheers
-
Thats pretty good. And buy buy buy!

I'm a sparky by trade, can do abit of autosparky work and most other things on a car which is handy owning a BMW
-
Yea parking isn't the best down there. What's it costing you to get them done?
-
You are correct in thinking that diesel guy and it is in the road code. If I'm turning right into the one way il go straight into closest lane but since the left turning people normally have the right of way they usually don't pay any attention to this rule and pull straight into furtherest lane where I'm already turning into. So usually I'm vary wary as to what the other car is going to do. God damn dunedin drivers!
-
Thanx Brent. Was gutted when I found out and that the day before you had sent my bumper away. Ohwell
-
Ok so I got my rear bumper and skirts yesterday, buuuuut... Have a problem with the skirts. I knew one of them was broken but was told he had the broken off piece. But when they arrived there was no broken piece but thought ok, I can deal with that but to make things worse is that it's not even a motorsport skirt! So I have one msport and one broken standard. Sooooo does anyone want to sell me a drivers side skirt? Go on...

Seen a 1973 Audi 100 sedan. Can be many of them around

Best place would be automotion down hillside rd. Take Most of my stuff along those sort of lines there and seem reasonably priced too. I know they do alot of wheel straightening and fixing cracks etc so I'm sure this would be an easy task for them.
