I have been a customer of Vodaphone and it's predecessors since 1992. They have been totally consistent through all that time and they have charged heaps and given piss poor service, dropped calls, had poor coverage and promised heaps but delivered bugger all. In the middle of Wellington I lose about 75% of the calls I make. I would like to congratulate them on this piss poor performance. No other company I deal with has managed to provide worse service and still survive. You can call them about their lack of service but they don't answer the phone unless you have an hour or so to wait. I also have phone lines etc with those dull sparks Telescum but they are no better.

You don't need a coat. Unlike Auckland we don't appreciate flashers down here. Just leave your coat in Auckland.

If someone bought this I could sell them the 2003 E39 6 speed manual gearbox, driveshaft etc I have. They could have something quite fun to drive.

Still have it Dan from a 2003 M5 including the diff, 6 speed manual gearbox, driveshaft, sub frames and half shafts. Can even do an M62 4.4 litre engine, obviously the engine is not from the same car.

I am pretty sure I have the torque converter and the driveshaft that came off the car. Not sure about whether the 320 and 325 are interchangeable. There are much smarter guys on here than me who will know. Hopefully they will chime in here and help.

If you need another auto box I have one out of a 1994 325 M Sport that has done 132k. $125 pick up price in Wellington.

Geeez JTP it would only take a couple of hours to get the engine out of the vert.

Would you consider an M50 2.5litre with an E34 sump already fitted and the loom modified to run in an E30 and the ECU included.

If BMW want you to pay $165 plus GST then Bimmer people will want them for less than $5

I wouldn't use Mobil 1 in my old lawn mower. A few years back we put Mobil 1 in a race motorbike with brand new cams. Within 20 laps the cams looked like someone had been hitting them on an anvil with a sledge hammer.

BTW where are those 2 to 3 litres between oil changes going. That would scare the crap out of me if it was my car.

Like everything with BMW the reason is dollars. They control the prices. I believe Toyota also use it for oil changes but don't retail it. Try and buy TWS from anywhere and you will be bowled over by the price and how hard it is to buy. I use Penzzoil 10W/60 in my S54 M3 powered race car and change it after every third meeting. I believe it's the same oil different name and packaging. Seems to be fine. I buy 40 litres at a time to get bulk buying prices..

If your gear boot is ripped and tatty here is a new replacement. $45 plus freight.

The car is now 25 years plus old. You need to get an AA check on it if you are not mechanically minded. Any car that old is going to need maintenance. They haven't listed any work they have done on it so you could have a few things to do. Atleast with an AA check you will know what you will need to do now and in the near future.

Don't forget to keep us posted on how easy it is to drive with the twin plate. I have heard they can be fun to get off the line.

Seeing as you need to ask a forum what colour to paint YOUR car I think pink would be best.

Almost $4500 by the time you get it here including GST and freight seems bloody ridiculous to me then installation on top of that.
