I had the same problems on the missus' car! I changed and flushed trans and diff and got the adaptions reset. It did feel weird at first...i took it for a good run, about an hour on the open road and up and down a few hills and short sprints After that the box was much much better, jerk was still there but no where near as bad!

Ah very true, I guess that makes sense considering the top 10 percent will mainly be large business owners employing huge numbers of staff ie Tindall etc How does this have anything to do with an 80/20 rule?

Yeah it does! wasn't until i put it on (my wagon) that friends would hassle me about "Cliffs bus" and i would have to say its; u r a bus not me haha been looking for bimmer ones, but any decent ones i can think of are goooone!
